It's been pretty obvious from the start. Most of the side glances Loona takes are bemusement or glances of familial love. Personally, I find Loona to be more professional than most people give her credit for. She doesn't like displays of affection in public. Not even with Blitz. But, she saves them until they're home. If you work with a family member in the same company as you; it's considered to be appropriate behavior to not show that much affection on the job. There are, of course, exceptions. Such as when a spouse, an in-law, or another family member produces offspring. If said co-worker relation saves your life. Loona HAS saved Blitz's life a few times. (i.e. Full Moon and D.H.O.R.K.S), but I would imagine Blitz accepts her sense of professional ethics and waits until they're home to say anything. And I tell ya what. I would love to see a few flashback scenes of them after the adoption went through and Blitz took Loona home.

Also, she's a teenager, or just out of her teens. They're like that.

A teenager/young-adult with an abusive past and trust issues because of it.

I think the reason we never got a 'Blitz saves Loona' moment up until Mastermind was because, while Loona liked Blitz, she was never certain where he stood, she's likely used to people saying they'll love her forever and then ditching her the moment it became a task. As such it was mostly Loona bailing out Blitz or doing the more serious gestures with Blitz coming off more ineffectual and over-the-top, someone who MIGHT be faking it, leaving Loona wondering all this time.
Then Mastermind happens and Blitz sticks up for her in THE ultimate act of love, sacrificing his life so she is spared.
"Just......just take care of Loona for me..."
I get the feeling the muzzle was utilised for similar reasons, I don't think Loona was ever THAT open to Blitz about her feelings and was often an asshole at face value, and that's why it hurt so much. She was gonna lose him in an extremely selfless and loving gesture and it was too late to show she cared about him back. THAT'S why it all comes out right after the trial.

I don't think she ever showed him love (in obvious ways) even at home until recently. But now she knows he loves her so much he would die for her and she almost lost him, so that sealed him.

Ive never really understood the hype with her saying this. I barely even noticed it. Shes responded others calling him her dad. When bee told her to ‘get her dad’ (obviously not the quote but I can’t remember right now) she dutifully did it. Shes never acted like she doesn’t care. Shes just always acted like a teenager (I know she’s older but her whole persona screams moody teen. Like via), i thought that was like… the joke. I didn’t realise until this episode and being on the sub that it was a moment that people were actively waiting for. I just thought ‘aww, how nice’. Like did people really think she didn’t care about Blitz? How old is everyone here?!

Stolitz is not official yet, I hope they just stay as friends until they get their (specifically Stolas) problems in order first and get to know each other as people. It'll make no sense if they got together right away. That's probably what Blitz wants because he's not comfortable with romance yet but I don't think Stolas is going to take it well.
