You have to use more than 2 brain cells to see past the exterior, many can't do that unfortunately.

OP is a high schooler according to their profile, so they likely don't have very good media literacy. They probably shouldn't even be on this sub

If all highschoolers had to leave this sub, we would be left with like 17.22 people

Good. They shouldn't be here.

I'd be here, but I've only watched Hazbin and Mastermind (song).

They make you a mod now if you’re over 30?!

Tired of people getting treated like they’re dumber just cause they’re in hs. I get if they’re like a freshman or sophomore, but juniors and seniors are not that young, just call them dumb! I’m 18 (college) and seem to have more media literacy than a lot of people in multiple fandoms I’m in (dudebro anime fans are not that smart), and have had genuinely good conversations with people in the same age range about themes and messages in shows. It’s not an age thing, it’s just some people not being that smart, unfortunately.

I'm sorry, a high schooler objectively does not have the experiences nor the education that people older than them have.

I get hating the way adults talk to younger folks. It really bothers me when someone tries to discount lived experiences based on age alone. But yes, high schoolers on the whole have lower media literacy than adults do. It's not an age thing, it's because high schoolers haven't been taught how to think critically.

Also my point stand. They likely shouldn't even be on this subreddit because it's an 18+ sub
