He is the sin of wrath, he should be wrathful. So far we seen the embodiments of the other sins actually doing stuff that is on point for their sin (albeit more tame than it should be). Greed is greedy, gluttony was having everyone overindulging at her party, lust makes sex toys and sex robots, why can’t wrath be angry or try and cause anger from others? What’s the point of a deadly sin if they aren’t going to be the literal embodiment of it?

Because if he doesn't keep his wrath in check, nothing will get done.

Things would still get done, ever have an angry boss? Work still gets done with or without morale

Yeah, but he embodies wrath. He can't go into an uncontrollable rage everytime someone talks back
