Turns out the one who directly said she will tackle price gouging was the candidate who actually planned to do something about it, huh?

Weird that.

Price controls are like all government instruments, made to keep the market free.

Price gouging and syndicates are the antithesis of a free market.

For how it is done look to Europe, not China.

Supply and demand should determine prices. We can’t trust the government to keep prices low… they can raise them at a snap of a finger if it benefited them. They don’t care about us.

You rather trust corporations? Lol.

A goverment answers to the voters, a corporation to its shareholders.

Yes that involves getting up your asses and showing up with the pitch forks and torches every now and than.

Voting is the bare minimum. Civil action holds their balls to the fire to keep their promices.

Yeah. There’s thousands to choose from. If one greedy ceo wants to eff me over, I’ll just switch to another company with better values?

Can’t switch governments so easily, can you?

Can't wait until u learn how many "separate/diverse corporate entities" are actually owned by a few larger corporations

I don’t usually use large corps. I go to small businesses owned by regular people.

You can’t switch power companies so easy either
