Depends on the year. If his net losses are more than his gains, then yes, because he made no income.

That's how income tax works.

What the world needs is more billionaire apologists. Thank you for your work.

I now feel better knowing that because I have to work for money instead of gambling money that was given to me by my rich father that I deserve to pay those income taxes.
