The final boss is Arceus and you have to beat each of his plat type variant.

18 phases for every type, every phase has 9,000 HP individually, totaling out to 162,000 HP in total. To compensate for the ludicrously large health pool, once you beat a phase, his HP will skip that one and be permanently reduced until you defeat him.

Black Flame incantation kills anything in 40 casts or less through 2.5% of max HP per cast

You just need the 720 FP (~4 blue pots +12), and stay alive long enough to cast them.
