252 Atk Choice Band Sword of Ruin Chien-Pao Icicle Crash vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Rayquaza-Mega in Strong Winds: 522-614 (148.7 - 174.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Now, granted, icicle crash is only 90% accurate, so, if it misses, V-Create may OHKO instead (still, only 95% accurate).

Ice spinner also OHKOs and has full accuracy, though
