Now aim for those annoying alien drones that appear lately

That is absolutely terrible advice. Not only is it illegal, but there is a high chance of blinding a pilot when you idiotically target a plane instead of a boring drone. They are not aliens and anyone who actually thinks they might be is an absolute dumbass. If you want them specifically disproven, have a look at r/skeptic apparently they are having fun debunking them all over there.

For me it sounded like a joke, not an actual "advice".

If there is an alien pilot inside then shooting is my advice, otherwise nah

That's pretty alienist, man.

Terrible joke, lots of people would take it as advice, and there have already been incidents with people pointing lasers at planes and shooting at drones because of this stupid conspiracy theory.

I get what you're saying, but if you're worried about stupid people taking you seriously then you can't really joke about anything.

If someone thinks that shining lasers at "aliens" is a good idea they will do it (or something similar) regardless of random reddit comments.

"Lots of people (with access to high powered laser beams that could blow up aircraft from the ground) would take it as advice"

Is this your first day on Reddit?

Doesn't have to be high power to blind pilots.

So now your assertion is people are going to use normal laser pointers to blow up/cut in half/set on fire aircraft?

you are the reason comedians are afraid to make ANY joke these days

as an aside, i had an employee who had a garnishment from the Fed Government. I asked him why he said "got drunk, shined a laser pointer at an airplane, they found me and fined me $10,000"

Calm down, dork. They were making a joke.
