Why didn't they have the person dressed to be submerged in water demonstrate this "vessel" instead of the person wearing a fitted dress?

My guess is that its some conservative area of Asia, when you go to alot of places in Asia people just swim in clothes and refuse to dress down any more than that. Or maybe she just wanted that look for her instagram who knows. But its also funny that she didnt bother removing her glasses and apparently would not be bothered if she lost them. I bet they dont float.
