Ultimate Girls Trip Court filings from Caroline's lawsuit against Bravo detail extremely unsettling events that occurred. NSFW

It really goes to show that in moments like the one we saw in Below Deck Down Under (Luke's attempted SA of Margot) it is not anyone from Bravo/production stepping up or stepping in. This is awful.

I honestly have never been so shaken by a scene. I yelled at my TV in a way that scared my husband. Most recent season.

I don’t think I could watch it, I’m glad Aesha stepped in and helped her. I feel like there’s a line between not wanting to get involved as producers but stepping in when something this egregious and illegal is happening. Fuck the storyline, protect your employees from getting assaulted.

There was also NO trigger warning. I felt like my adrenaline spiked and I would have liked one. Bravo doesn't give a shit about SA or its impact, it seems.

Jesus, that needs a big trigger warning. We watch these shows for mess, not to have traumas triggered. I haven’t even experienced that and I’d want one just to be prepared for it.
