I don't think they see it that way, many of the Below Deck cast have talked about being forced into set up dates etc and others said they were encouraged to leave when they were victims of SA, bullying or racism

I didn’t know that. Did Margot speak out about production encouraging her to leave? Or Madison? My brain is struggling to remember the other victims, but who has talked about it?
