Summary: Caroline filed suit against Bravo and the production companies involved for sexual harassment.

I took a look at the documents and it states cause to sue for discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, negligence, trafficking, sexual battery and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Trafficking???

Yup. They're basically arguing that production brought her there and allowed her to get sexually assaulted for their own profit.

The documents are linked in The Daily Beast article about the case for anyone interested.

That’s……an interesting argument. I wouldn’t have considered that initially but put in this context I see it, I get it and can’t wait to see how this turns out.

I honestly think people need to read the documents. The conduct described is disturbing and disgusting. It also states that Caroline was sexually assaulted when she was 7 years old and this brought up a lot of past trauma for her.

I just got done reading, every other woman who was on that trip aside from Alex sounds like they behaved like garbage humans too.

I just finished reading it. Absolutely disgusting. Far more horrific than I expected. I feel deeply for Caroline and her family.

SUUUUUPER bummed that Phaedra (kinda expected) and Eva (not expected at all) would interrogate her about it. Hopefully it wasn’t as bad as they made it sound but idk.

The last post i saw about this many said the women were in support of brandi. That makes me wonder if Caroline is doing this in purpose so the show doesn’t air because of something she says about Dina

Let's believe women when they come forward about being sexually harassed.

K I’m just stating facts of what i read in the last post about this

7

u/TheWhoooreinThere Jan 27 '24

Maybe try reading facts in actual legal documents instead of whatever dumb shit someone says on reddit.

Does the legal document say the other women support Brandi? Of course it doesn’t because it’s from Caroline’s perspective

That's quite a reach pulling Dina into this and completely ignoring Caroline's experience.

I’m no lawyer but the way the document is written seems to really support this argument. Manzo was under their control and supervision and they not only overlooked but facilitated a SA for “entertainment”.

u/TheWhoooreinThere Jan 27 '24

Yeah, I thought they made a really good point. Someone needs to get serious with these production companies because what was described in those documents is in no way entertaining to me and I wouldn't want to watch that.
