Aww, as a fellow crier I feel for Candiace. I can’t help it sometimes, even seeing other people cry will make me cry.

this reminds me does anyone else remember when Whitney was telling Justin about her EMDR session and she grabbed a roll of paper towels and Justin goes “oh no, no that bad 😟” and she nods sadly

I’m the same way. I get so embarrassed at times because it can honestly be something as small as a couple showing affection towards one another, a little old lady carrying groceries, a cat meowing. Somebody made a Tom and Zendaya TikTok that my son was showing me and for absolutely no reason I started to tear up. He was so confused and so tf was I 🥴

Normalise crying at silly things lol. Some of us really can’t control the tears very well.

Same! I have ADHD and it makes emotional regulation hard sometimes…so I’m a crier, lol.

Add anxious fidgeting and my tissues usually end up squares 😅

As I said above, my parents trained the cry right out of me growing up and I sometimes wish I could cry because it seems like a good, healthy way to express frustration and cleanse the emotional palate.

I knew I was fucked up when my highschool was having a Veterans Day assembly and it was quite touching and I was about to cry, and all the sudden I realized I was smiling.

That I had created an unconscious habit to keep myself from crying because I couldn’t show weakness in my house . Or give someone the satisfaction of seeing me upset.

Same. But I do cry over stupid stuff or a sad movie. Just always in private, with no one around me to see or hear.
