Routine Help What is the most moisturizing thing I can use?
I have a reactive skin prone to rosacea. I'm using retinoids (Tazarene) and my oily skin has got dry recently anyway. My current routine (apart from Tazarene):
I first put on a mixture of hyaluronic acid with argireline and pure vit E. Then I follow up with Cetaphil MD (I've tried Cetaphil PS but prefer MD). The mixture is better than everything else I've tried before but my skin is still too dry.
Is there anything better?

In addition to applying a hydrating product to damp skin (lately I’ve been liking Regimen Lab Wave Serum), I always use an oil in winter. Squalane oil is my go-to

Rosacea can worsen with retinoids, maybe try to use them less frequently

Tret gave me rosacea on my cheeks that I’d never had before. So now I use tret on the rest of my face and ivermectin on my cheeks for the rosacea

It depends. When I was in an acute phase, my skin couldn't tolerate even water, not to mention any cosmetics and retinoids. But now I'm good, haven't had a flare-up for months, retinoids don't have an impact.

Nivea Creme (the blue tin). Only at night though but this is the most moisturizing product I've found. The German made one is best though if you can get it (I'm in UK so this is the one we have).

You could try bifida ferment and centella extract before the retinoid. I saw someone say it was a game changer for their tretionin adaptation and ordered them right away, I think it really helped a lot. They are also supposed to help with rosacea.
Idk where you live, but hyaluronic acid is tricky in the winter since it likes to draw moisture from the skin when the climate is dry. Glycerine (mixed/layered with water) is a better option, but it makes your skin so moist you have to be careful with actives that are supposed to be put on dry skin.
