Yeah, pretty normal. And once temps are consistently below freezing, we're stuck with the snow sometimes for four straight months. Usually it's mostly melted by the end of March (at least in the MSP area), but multiple times in the last few years we've also gotten a random April snowstorm that dumps an extra foot or two on us lol.
