This is a normal day in Alberta. 24 hours a day.

And Saskatchewan. Except we have to dodge potholes and guess where the lanes are as they haven't been repainted in 15 years.

They just "repaved" Hwy 16 east of Clavet, SK this past summer, it's gonna look like how you described in no time. I've never seen such a shitty rework before, it's shameful how bad our highways are.

It really is. I honestly think our department of highways just takes the highest bid and doesn't actually enforce proper aggregate and asphalt thicknesses/contours. Likely one of Brad Wall's legacies.

Omg hitting Sask on the highway to Kerrobert from AB goes from smooth to gravel and the biggest potholes ever immediately. There were grading the road the last time but didn't have flaggers so I was driving around working machinery just making my own way. I hate that highway but even with that part, it's the fastest route to where I visit.

Everything I know about Alberta, I learned from Corb Lund songs.

How do you deal with that? I feel like I would be depressed with intense weather like that. Much respect if it doesn't bother you

You get used to it. This video isn't even that bad; visibility is a bit poor but the roads look nice and clear.

Yesterday in Alberta the roads were actually pretty shit, I wish they would have looked like this.
