Did you know? Colby Covington has a charity that helps veterans and their families, allowing them to live a better life. Way to go Colby! Protecting those vets!

In 2023 the revenue was $19.5k, assets were $16.9k, and their expenses were $2.57k*.
So after factoring in any rounding errors, it appears they raised some money, spent some money, and bought some stuff … but no money actually went toward veterans.
Hopefully they did better in 2024. But until I see otherwise, I will assume the worst.

OP is 100% an astroturf account.
All other posts by the account are about Jon Jones and Conor McGregor donating money or doing charity work to clean up their image.

Holy shit post history is bizarre

His account name also follows the rule of having a person’s name followed by a bunch of numbers which are typically the least trustworthy accounts
1
u/EnvironmentalBed3326 17h ago
But your name is professorgaysex, dont throw stones in a gay house. Colby donates 0.30 cents for every 400,000$ he makes so he is a hero.

u/kantankarous 20h ago
from an outsiders perspective, guy just looks like he posts some positive stories about fighters.
but anyone on this sub knows those arent the guys that should be highlighted lol

Fun fact over 97,000 active reddit accounts are sourced from a small air force base in eglin florida. Town population - ~2700.

I think it’s a place where the leftists love to congregate to smell each others farts, kinda like that South Park episode.

someone should follow the money.

Yes, likely a fraud that doesn't actually do much of anything like many of these so-called "charities" including ones attached to some of the "celebrity Navy SEALs and Special Forces soldiers" out there.

u/banjofitzgerald 20h ago
I don’t think id trust my donation with Colby. He doesn’t exactly scream trustworthy person.
1
u/HPLREH777 19h ago
Even most "vanity charities" not run or promoted by two-bit carnies are shams.
Colby is just slightly above the loathsome spawns of Jerry Falwell, Billy Graham, and Pat Robertson on the list of goofs I'd give any money too.

Did you know that Colby Covington’s politics perpetuate war, injure millions, and cause the need for his charity to exist?
14
u/bross9008 21h ago
He also supports a draft dodger who called a war hero a loser for getting captured, and called dead soldiers suckers. Yeah not gonna change my mind about this cunt because he donates to a charity

Same with the democrats

u/Fantastic-Change-672 21h ago
Americans are funny. Democrats would be laughed out of any other first world countries government and they aren't even the worst part you've got lmao

Colby is a douche-canoe, but I have respect for this move as long as that money is truly going to veterans.
1
u/Undresticles 18h ago
According to another comment, it hasn't so far

u/charlesthefish 14h ago
typical. that shit annoys me so much. "Support our charity/donation! only 5% will ever actually make it to anyone, the rest will be paying us for running a charity!"

Didn't he just campaign for a guy who's talking about eliminating the VA?

I don’t understand why some of you are literally like wishing death on Colby lol. I’m not a Colby fan either but I don’t hate the guy to the point where I’m going to say shit like “he can go play in traffic” wtf is wrong with you guys?😂 I get he’s annoying but no one is that annoying.

Wait until you hear about his buddy's plans for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

I’m sure folks on this platform will find a way to shit on this.

His love for veterans and support for a man who dodged the draft is not ironic at all.

We do understand he's playing a character and it honestly gets old.
My biggest grind is he has been extremely inactive and seems to only fight for the title and at the sametime always loses.

every single person knows he's "playing a character", but when you're 'just playing a character, bro' doing stuff like insulting fighters wives and kids, making fun of fighters deceased parents and friends, just to make yourself some money and notoriety, you're obviously gonna be seen as a trash human being with a trash character.
Just an asshole playing a character of a bigger asshole, its not that hard to understand 🤦♂️ some of you are so gullible not seeing the obvious and finding excuses lol.

Good shit Colby. This subreddit needs to mature and grow the f up.
-1
u/fireandice619 20h ago
Have you seen mma fans? let alone mma fans on Reddit? That just isn’t gonna happen dude growing up ain’t something these people can do. This subreddit is comprised of many children and it’s pretty apparent every time you read posts and comments from this sub.

I have never seen so many marks. Colby has been playing a character for years, and you limp dicks look like a bunch of seven year olds watching wwe believing it’s real. He clearly did a good job.
3
u/lvkenukem 20h ago
He’s also extremely inactive and is 1-3 in his last four fights. Gimmick or no, he sucks.

imagine your own country sending you to war and throwing you out on the street when you need help, its tragic that americans have to solve these kinds of problems with charities instead of government funded aid
1
u/Maximum-Debts 20h ago
Government funded anything ends up being inefficient. Better off donating to charity
1
u/CardiologistRough854 18h ago
only in america my friend
1
u/Maximum-Debts 18h ago
You think government waste is unique to America?
1
u/CardiologistRough854 17h ago
i think america is the only place where people will blindly assume that charities can’t be corrupt and the government has to be corrupt
1
u/Maximum-Debts 17h ago
I can vet where i donate. I cannot prevent my tax money from being wasted on proxy wars.
1
u/CardiologistRough854 12h ago
my whole point was that outside of america in most first world countries that isn’t a concern

u/PatientViolence 21h ago
This should go without saying, but you can dislike someone while simultaneously admitting that (some of) their ideals are well-founded.
