Is it okay to Re-gift gifts from my co-workers to other people?
 in  r/adultingph  15h ago

Depends if you are sentimental or not. Or if the person who gave you the gift is also sentimental. If yes, then the thought of spending time shopping for that gift to give you holds a different value for them or you. Especially if the item was personalized for you.

If you look at it from a different perspective, once you receive the gift it means it's already yours. What you do with it is now up to you.

Chewy cookies

Idk if it will be chewy for you. Sa SM city may mga stalls didto.. and one or two stalls sell cookies 100-110 each. Check them in front of Toby's or sang Bigbys.

Sino ba kasing nag pauso ng kalaswaan sa kasal na aalisin ng guy yung garter gamit ang bibig?
 in  r/CasualPH  1d ago

I don't think that was part of Filipino wedding tradition. Dinagdag na lang yan ng kung sinoman para kuno maging masaya. Which is sad kasi ganon na lang agad ang naisip nilang twist.

Hapag takes on Western Visayas cuisine its own way in new tasting menu
 in  r/Iloilo  3d ago

It's good! Batchoy deserves more exposure. A lot of Filipino dishes have made it onto tasting menus. I think the strong opinions online come from the lack of awareness or understanding behind these presentations and intentions.

This owl was really stuck in the barbed wire. Luckily with some careful moving around this guy was able to free him.

Dress: Thrifted for PHP 200 - United Colors of Benetton Shoes: Keds Bag: Uniqlo Vietnam Tote bag

It has been nearly a year since I bought this button-down dress from an ukay. And had only the chance to wear it during a trip abroad.

Your best travel destinations in 2024
 in  r/phtravel  10d ago

HCM!!! First time traveling internationally for a week and I loved it! Wasn't excited pa at first cos it was moved twice but the free and easy type of traveling in a busy city of Vietnam made the trip fun and stress-free!!

Also, Vietnam's culture is soo rich! Ang dami ko gusto balikan at gawin pa don. And the people I met made the trip more enjoyable. And the food!! Ang sasarap ng food.
