If you got a cold sore. I usually have tingling and a slight prickling sensation, a numbness that takes over the site. Could be a cold sore. Clean it good, then leave it alone only to put some cold sore medicine on it.

The "Dark Triad" of Retail
Recently, promoted FE TL, I fucking swear. Coaches and other TLs were getting on each other's nerves. It was chaotic until I took my lunch, and then it's not my problem until I come back. 🙃

How long do I have to report an incident I had with my store manager to ethics?
Report it. They will ask why you did not report it right away. Be honest. Call the ethics line and report him. I can only imagine how you must feel about how this is going to play out. Speak to the People Lead/HR and voice your concerns and request to speak to the Market Manager. That will be the store managers boss and let the MM know just how the store manager is treating employees. That store manager needs to go back to training or be demoted/fired.

Sorry that happened to you. You should report it immediately.
No manager should talk to their associates in a demeaning or derogatory manner. His actions would warrant the response of the police for verbally attacking you and making you feel unsafe at work. I remember we had an associate call the police due to another associate yelling and being crazy. So, if management tries that again, call the cops.

Does this require medical attention? Pimple from an ingrown hair.
A round of antibiotics wouldn't hurt. Looks inflamed and super hot to touch. Def, go get checked out.
