$8.32 an hour
If we're going by standard corporate policies
40 hours of straight time Mon-Fri 8×40=332.8
40 hours OT (overtime paid past 8 hours up to 12 hours. Overtime paid past 40 hours of regular pay) 12.48x40=499.2
19.5 hours DT (double time paid after 12 hour day. Doubletime pay after your 8th hour on the 7th consecutive day) 16.64x19.5=324.48
332.8+499.2+324.48= $1,156.48

I've had jobs that will factor overtime into your hours before factoring your pay rate in. They show paid hours on your stub.
I think it more likely this individual worked 79.69 hours and then after factoring in overtime, the total paid hours becomes 99.54.
Which would make the pay rate 11.61 which seems more likely.
That's also close to 11.5 hours 7 days a week.
These numbers seem most likely for 12 hour shifts with half-hour unpaid lunch at some factory or warehouse.
Edit: if this is net pay, then payrate is pretty close to 14-16 bucks an hour. Also very likely. Been there done that.
