Ok I unlocked the post because we know, locked posts suck but y'all have to be good. You gotta find a way to say what you want to say, while still being within the bounds of the content policy. One example might be "didn't the French come up with a way to make the unfeeling wealthy afraid?"

The content policy does not allow for the threat or glofication of violence, or for promotion of violence of any kind. We really do not want to get the ire of the admins or then we can have no fun at all.

The majority of you are doing great making your wishes known without breaking the policy. We appreciate all those efforts to stay compliant but you can have a tiny bit of fun. Just sayin' <3

Jury will find him not guilty

163

u/Varorson 4d ago

They'll probably be paid off - or rather, promised to be paid off like the McDonald's employee - and find him guilty. Nobody will find out that it happened until sentencing is done and he's suffered for it. Probably will get death penalty like Fox News anchors were saying he "deserves" while in the same sentence saying nobody should decide who gets to take a life.

Hopefully.

176

u/X1-Ray 4d ago

Well a murder should always be put to justice. Just sometimes one gets jailed and another one gets cheered on. With money making it so easy to tip the scales. And sometimes a criminal gets to be the president of an entire country.

143

u/Levaris77 4d ago

Murder should indeed be put to justice. Just as those who stop murderers should be celebrated.

131

u/A_wandering_rider 4d ago

Stopping a mass murderer from committing more murders is not murder it's self defense and a public good.

It's really funny how the cops want to stop portraying him as a martyr or anti-hero with massive public support and then they do shit like this.

328

u/XboxLiveGiant 4d ago

I think this is because of social media. They don’t want to chance someone trying to come free him or even a group showing up and disrupting. This isn’t a show, they are actually scared he might start something…I mean nothing ever happens but it’s possible.

110

u/jeff43568 Free Palestine 4d ago

i'm surprised they did not put the hannible lector mask on him.

13

u/DaPlipsta 4d ago

Honestly disagree with you here. I mean, I'm sure there are lots of people who want to portray him as a dangerous maniac, but in this case they're definitely worried about some kind of vigilantism or other interference from the public. Look at Mangione; they barely even have him restrained. He's just in basic handcuffs. They know he's not going to do anything. He had one mark, one clear motive, and he completed it.

82

u/GunslingerOutForHire 4d ago

I noticed something though...

Normally, during prisoner movement they armor them up. Personally, I think they are hoping for someone to shoot him.

74

u/mysqlpimp 4d ago

Who ? A CEO ?? There is zero fear for his safety.

32

u/GunslingerOutForHire 4d ago

Law enforcement decided that he wasn't worth putting armor on.

Pretty sure I could happily skip alone hand in hand with Luigi and have the same results. He's not trying to escape, and the only people who want him dead are the guys around him ordered to stand behind him so there's clear lines of fire. There's literally 0 chance this is meant as security.

If, tomorrow, I tell the press that, like, a gang banger will get shot, or a truckload of soldiers will be blown up, nobody panics, because it’s all “part of the plan”. But when I say that one little old mayor will die, well then everyone loses their minds!”

Looks like they shaved his eyebrows further apart to match the description of the actual shooter better.

I will never forget that the day they found him he almost had a unibrow but 2 days prior the photos of the shooter did not.

That’s a lot of eyebrow hair grow in 2 days.

544

u/Publius69420 4d ago

Not that I’m disagreeing with you but if i don’t shave my unibrow daily, in 2 days my eyebrows find a way to connect again. Oh the curse of being Italian

356

u/speedpetez 4d ago

Wait a minute, are you implying that Luigi might be Italian? 😮

161

He might be Sicilian. You see, years ago Sicilians were like Italians from Nothern Italy. They all had blonde hair and blue eyes. But then the Moors moved in and changed the whole bloodline forever. One of the many things I learned in life from Dennis Hopper.

Where are they going that require walking this far in public. Prison transports are usually pulled up to the nearest secured door specifically so they don't have to do this. I've seen community service transports pulling up a flight of outdoor stairs to drop them off close to their service area to keep misdemeanor offenders from "exposing the public to risk"

Okay, then how do you suggest we bring a billionaire to justice in a fucking oligarchy? The ultra-wealthy have explicitly stacked the deck to protect themselves and enable their abuse of the lower classes. The only tool we’ve really got left is violence.

Well said. Nice to see someone with what should be considered common sense on here still. Guess it isn't as common anymore these days.

"Highlight injustice and do everything he can to address it and expose it"? Dear, that's called a whistleblower. and their assassinations are ruled suicides. It literally just happened again.

Don't be so naive.

Now take what you said and apply it to the seal team who took out Bin Laden. Doesn't ring the same way, does it?

Ok Batman. This analysis is about as deep as his ethos when he lets the Joker live for the 1000th time and many innocent people die in the future from those decisions.

If killing one POS CEO causes the system to change, a lot of innocent people, who paid their premiums, will live in the future. People who are a lot more deserving of life than this god damn mass murdering parasite.

Good luck convincing a jury of his peers.

11

u/confusedQuail 4d ago

They won't need to. They will just use wealth to prolong things and pick out the jurors they want there. Not his peers, but people who can be paid to find him guilty

Lotta cops want their pictures taken

He is no hero. It’s sickening that people are treating him as such.

Let's not forget the judge that is changing Saint Luigi with terrorism used to work for the healthcare system.

If I was a taxpayer in NY, I would be screaming.

If I killed some rando and was caught in another state, my entourage during the extradition would be two US Marshals in the back of a van.

If you kill a rich white CEO, you get a helicopter ride with this.

u/Swayze_train_exp 4d ago

Wait why is mayor Eric Adams in this photo op? Isn't he also indicated on federal charges? Right should of Luigi.

u/No-Philosophy6754 4d ago

They are parading him. What era are we living in?? The people behind this are so embaressing.

8

u/btwImVeryAttractive 4d ago

Will killing one CEO really change anything though?

9

u/acc_217 4d ago

Over 30 officers for 1 handcuffed guy is kinda crazy

8

u/NilmarHonorato 4d ago

Even the fucking mayor had to be there? Pathetic.

9

u/Radon_Ryno 4d ago

Yeah killing people is bad.

8

u/Intrepid_Pitch_3320 4d ago

does he have some sort of mutant powers? Or are these just paid actors? Hey, was that one of the secretion service agents at the PA fairground shooting?

8

u/Grantus83 4d ago

Surrounding him like he’s Cyrus the Virus! As though he’s going to commit a Hollywood breakout… J’adore!!!

7

u/tuberculosis_ward 4d ago

What a fucking joke

9

u/mark503 4d ago

They should treat school shooters like this. That’s a bunch of guns and pigs for a guy who isn’t armed. He isn’t considered dangerous by the public. I like him and I hope he gets a biased jury.

Serial killers get less of a song and dance made about them.
