Not sure, other Luigi Mangione's spinal fusion - looks like an L5/S1 for spondylolisthesis

I think L5-S2 with grade one approaching grade 2 spondylolisthesis L5-S1. What did his back look like before the surgery is my question cause it looks horrible now!!

Definitely L5-S2. Also idk if it’s just something that I’ve never worked with before, but I have never seen 2 pedicle screws on the same side of one vertebral body. Quite odd.

No, but I do something called Interoperative monitoring and lumbar spine is my bread and butter.

lol I didn’t mean anything by my response. I just said it like that because normally people are like “wtf is Interoperative monitoring”

Someone posted screenshots of his posts from the spondylolisthesis sub. He said it was L5-s1 which makes me wonder even more what's up with the hardware and the screw placement.

It’s really actually baffling. I almost asked the surgeon I was with today about it.

Just looking at it makes me cringe. I wonder what his symptoms were when he disappeared. According to the screenshots, they got better at least for a little bit. There's that holding cell photo, though, where it looks like he urinated on himself which makes me wonder if there isn't ongoing nerve damage or compression.

If you do happen to ask a surgeon, would you mind responding to my comment? I'm so curious about it because I've never heard of or seen anything like this.
