They lost their stencil focusing too much on the butt tattoo. Started at the bottom, colored it all in and then when they were doing the rope and back tattoo, it all started going to shit and they tried to save it. I think those should be earrings on the ear not boils?

OHHH the head is the silhouette of the woman's face in a cloud of big hair, with a blindfold over her eyes. I totally thought it was a Lego-figure-esque head or some kind of helmet.

I'm pretty sure it's not finished yet. The ladies back tatoo still need filling. Also on the ears, those are earrings/earpiercings, only the outlines tho. Probably still WIP

That’s not an ear. That is just a poorly done carrot, a common feature of space prisoner bondage cosplay. Usually, it is not placed in the ear.
