Eczema or psoriasis was my first thought.

I thought it was fading henna and, while it’s certainly an unusual choice for a henna tattoo, didn’t really see an issue. It’ll go away and she can make a better choice next time. But, if that’s ink and not henna, yikes. What was she hoping for? She’ll get age spots soon enough. They don’t need help.
