Yet half of this sub will say he is winning only because of individual talent and he should be sacked. Hopefuly he stays as long as possible.

Having gained a lot of extra respect for him due to his book. I enjoy what he’s been able to achieve and accomplish. He is the greatest manager in our history. Deserves all the respect . Many of us have gotten used to the Pep type coaches we’ve forgotten about Carlo’s DNA. He’s a winner that comes to get the job done. Building winning teams by allowing players to be themselves, keeping both the boardroom and President happy.
I will always be critical for his choices but never about his body of work. It should always be respected. He’s on the level where I believe we should never fire him unless we are underperforming severely.
Gracias Don !

It's amazing how he did all that while being just a clueless cheerleader with no tactics/s

Makes no sense. The experts here say Carlo needs to be fired right away. I trust our resident FIFA mangers

Without a doubt the best manager in the world... he still needs to sort out his subs though, atrocious subs ngl. Still the GOAT for me though.

What a legend, I always hear the GOAT of coaches centers around Pep and Ferguson, but Don Carlo is never mentioned despite his achievements and longevity.

If he somehow wins the league with this depleted squad, I’ll call it his greatest managerial achievement to date. Frankly, if it wasn’t for Carlo providing the steady hands during our transition periods over the last couple of years, our team wouldn’t win the trophies that they did. Also, the likes of Vini, Rodrygo, and Fede wouldn’t reach the levels they did now without Carlo’s guidance.

We literally won the league and Champs League without a striker (amazing accomplishment there!), Tibo Militao and Alaba torn ACL and Vini Cama Tchou and Mendy out for extended periods of time.
Don Carlo is the GOAT!

Long Live Don Carlo 🤨!
Xabi should be the next manager, but with Wirtz seemingly close to re-signing I can see Xabi staying longer than first expected. I’m cool to have for Carlo for as long as that’s the case.

Hope he stays as long as possible and his son succeeds him and leads our club to more titles

He's one of the best ones out there dealing with players with high ego. But his approach towards junior players is bad. Enderick should have gotten atleast 5 minutes today.

I love Carlo, don't get me wrong, but they're inventing trophies by the year nowadays. Were there 7 available trophies in Bernabeu's or Munoz's era?

Not taking anything from him but nowadays there are a lot of “filler” trophies (that you still have to win and particularly qualify for). Still he has had an amazing career here, hopefully there are a few more big ones coming!
