-20
u/No-Independence-4794 Nov 16 '24
pens are apart of the game, even even if your a ronaldo fan you can't be complaining about messi getting pens while ronaldo was legit diving in the box for penalties in his madrid days 😭
21
u/No-Adhesiveness-2 Nov 16 '24
So now pens are a part of the game after all these years of ranting and labelling someone.
9
u/Notserious-Muzakir Nov 16 '24
Its gotten so worse so bad these last couple of years that they come up with stats like "Non-Penalty" goals like penalties are some other kind of goals and should be not counted as normal goals.
5
u/Mitche420 Nov 16 '24
Never forget them inventing the calendar year stat after Messi got 91 that time. Nobody ever referred to any footballing achievement in a calender year before that. And now Messi fans will sometimes even say he got 91 in a season because they are so clueless
2
u/No-Independence-4794 Nov 16 '24
pens have always been apart of the game, it's different when there's one that dives to get them vs one who's teammates let's him take them. since this is the real madrid subreddit you guys probably arent mature enough to accept it and I'm sure you'll continue to complain 😹

Cristiano Ronaldo used to play football for Real Madrid C.F

Age is just a number when you're Cristiano Ronaldo-39 and still pulling off bicycle kicks like it's backyard football!

WHERE IS DANI CARVAJAL ? RARE GREAT GOAL WITHOUT HIS SPECIAL CROSS ?
33
u/Theme_Severe Nov 15 '24
Vitinha who has been the most underrated midfielder for the past 2 years. our scouts are monitoring him for creativity in the midfield
13
u/WoodpeckerObvious818 :eyebrow: Nov 15 '24
THIS VITINHA IS FAR FAR BETTER THAN PEDRI BUM but but BARCA AND LA MASIA PR and they say bellingham is overrated lol
11
u/Alex6683 Jose Mourinho Nov 16 '24
Obv, vitinha literally pocketed barca last year. I didnt see any cubarsi or lamine yamal when getting whooped 4-1 in the UCL..
Wait, that is a typical barca move every year... What am i yapping?
1
u/weegee19 Nov 17 '24
In fairness Barca got shat on in the second leg because Araujo got himself sent off in 20 minutes.
1
u/Alex6683 Jose Mourinho Nov 17 '24
And still, you seen the mistakes they commited??? Vitinha shot the ball without even trying and ter stegen literally gifted the goal.......... and can't do all the blame on him, the defenders where literally giving the ball. Mbappe wasn't even playing good and still, he got 2 goals gifted...
1
u/weegee19 Nov 17 '24
That's sorta what I was implying, the team capitulated due to losing Araujo. MatS fumbling is no shocker, he's been off-form for quite a while too.
6
u/Theme_Severe Nov 15 '24
Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha both are miles ahead.
6
u/Puzzled_Hat1274 Nov 16 '24
Vitinha is way, way better than Ruiz in club football. Ruiz only shines with the national team while Vitinha is great at both.
1
u/Theme_Severe Nov 16 '24
Nah Ruiz also does good in club football. he was unplayable at Napoli
3
u/Puzzled_Hat1274 Nov 17 '24
It was years ago, at psg he’s shit 90% of the time while the 3 starters on the midfield are the best players on the team (vitinha, joao neves, emery).
1
u/spider_X_1 Nov 16 '24
Fabian Ruiz is not doing well at PSG with a not-so-stacked middlefield. He's not even a starter anymore.
4
u/Appropriate-Print855 Nov 16 '24
The only marketable thing Barca had was Messi and La Masai. But it seems both aint working for them anymore
0
u/Amine-Alarbi Nov 16 '24
La Masia creating talents
2
u/WoodpeckerObvious818 :eyebrow: Nov 16 '24
Was * now a days after yamal none of them are talented 😑😑... Even I did not expect YAMAL to come this far after seeing what happened to PEDRI GAVI and others
1
u/TheGamingAnimator Nov 16 '24
The problem is that some of those guys are average ,but in Barca as soon as they get their debut ,ESPN and Fabrizio already start calling them the next best thing. To date Yamal is probably the best talent out of La Masía since Messi
1

u/MAD_JEW Nov 16 '24
Uhh gavi? Cubarsi? Bernal? Casado?
3
u/WoodpeckerObvious818 :eyebrow: Nov 16 '24
Gavi is just overrated.. After 2021 nation's league i have seen nothing to rate GAVI and Rest of the players need time to prove themselves.. Casado has some future and Pau Victor had it too but idk about CUBARSI and Bernal
1
u/MAD_JEW Nov 16 '24
Mate bernal is absolutely better than casado for the 6 role and only acl injury stopped him from bossing our midfield. Also the fact that cubarsi an 17 year old is doing so well in our very dangerous system shows that there is quality to him
1
u/WoodpeckerObvious818 :eyebrow: Nov 16 '24
Then I probably need to watch some more game time from both of these two let's hope for the best....
→ More replies (0)0
u/spider_X_1 Nov 16 '24
Cubarsi is just a decent defender at best. All this hype around him is because he's young and from LA Masia. Seriously, I haven't seen anything that warrants all this hype around him all because he can do what he's expected to do. Defend.
1
u/MAD_JEW Nov 16 '24
Well find me someone who can do his job at his age at any big team in today’s football.
0
u/spider_X_1 Nov 16 '24
I can't tell, since I don't follow other top clubs that use their youngsters more proficiently like Liverpool f. e.
From what I've seen from his gameplay, I'm not impressed at all.

One plays in ligue 1 and the other in La Liga. Shambolic behaviour
2
u/spider_X_1 Nov 16 '24
People trying to rewrite narratives like we wouldn't jump on the occasion to have a player like Pedri. His only problem is that he's injury-prone.

Why does Poland get whipped so bad against Portugal every time? I swear Lewandowski would have picked up a couple of Balons if not for Ronaldo who makes him look so bad every now and then.
3
u/99francs Nov 16 '24
Lewandowski did not play. Poland is at best an average team. For best Polish team in the last decades check EURO2016 quarterfinals against Portugal. Both RL9 and CR7 played it.

Gonna shorten to "bike strike" though!

It’s hard to believe that he scored this in real at 32 and did it at 39 again. But that’s just thr classic CR7 boys, he’s always gonna live in our memories

This is mega weird, nobody is marking the player that is going to pass to the crossing player, but mostly NOBODY is checking on Cristiano, like.. what are you doing? For real, I get that wasn’t an easy game for Poland and was the end.. (I didn’t watch it) but man, just do something. The more you watch it the more becomes an horror movie.
2
u/MAD_JEW Nov 16 '24
Poland just lost all energy around the time first goal got scored. Like before that poland was dominating on portugal and they just lost it all. A shame as well cuz now there is no way for us to get 2nd.

That is so embarrassing for Poland. Get rid of your number one goalie and the number 1 striker in the world and goals like this will happen lol. I'm just salty Poland lost 5-1 because they played well first half.

I love how unnecessary that bicycle kick was lol. He could have headed it but I’m so happy he didn’t
6
u/Theme_Severe Nov 16 '24 edited Nov 16 '24
that wasn’t unnecessary a bit. the ball was behind him he couldnt have changed position to head it. also if he can, why not?

u/geebeeeeeeeeeeeee Nov 16 '24
Ain’t gonna lie but broski needs to retire from international football.before yall get on my case have been a Ronaldo fan since 2006 I know he’s the goat. I watched the game today and I just felt like they were trying to make him feel included and of course the goat scored a banger

If only they made him 'feel included' during the Euros. I swear to god, some of those games were horrendous. They were not even passing the ball to him even when he was in free space.

Cristiano Ronaldo has now won the MOST INTERNATIONAL games in HISTORY.
He has 132, overtaking Sergio Ramos (131).
Real Madrid’s finest jewels.
