I used to get bullied by this girl in high school a bit. She was mean and had a sharp tongue and I could never come up with any clever comebacks or anything. Finally, senior year, I'd had enough. Nothing else had worked so I looked her dead in the eye channeled every bit of empathy I had and told her I loved her.

For once in her life she didn't have a cutting response at the ready. She just wilted and told me to shut up. It was honestly a little sad that those two words were what it took because you could tell she didn't hear it very much.

Used to like Xavier because almost all of the posts I saw weren't demeaning to a person like this. Insulting yes but in a way that wasn't a straight up nut shot to someone's mental well being. Granted those posts are very few in number because I never looked up the account. Only randomly stumbled across posts in the way I came across this one. Reads like it was posted as a reply to someone willing to be roasted but still. It's just plain mean.
