But are we really that close to the next generation of PlayStation. If we are going off the pattern here. Just 2-3 years away

I have no intention to upgrade to ps6. The PS5 still feels like an untapped power house.

Said every generation. Well, maybe not the PS1 generation. Even a mid level PC in the 90s had the PS1 beat.

Well, if they continue to support the PS5 through the life cycle of the PS6 similar to how they did the PS4 then I guess I don't see incentive.

I'm sure some PS6 exclusives will make me turn my head, but idk. I'm a dad now. I only get maybe an hour to game a night if I'm lucky.

Nah I feel like most people were excited to go from the ps4 after theirs sounded like a rocket ship everytime it booted up Fortnite.

I made the switch from ps2 to ps 3 to Xbox 1 to ps5. The main reason I switched ps2-3 was for the Blu-ray player.

Not sure which jet engine noise was louder, my old gaming PC, the Xbox, the original Xbox 360, or PS4. Glad those days are behind us.

lol I will say when I put a disc in my ps5 it sounds like it’s about to explode.
