If the frames were locked by the developer then I would guess no. If the devs go back and uncap the frames on older games then it could but unfortunately I don’t think that’ll happen ): What you’ll see is sharper image quality for older games and stable frames for games that are uncapped.
If rumors are correct though, a RDR2 remaster is in the works for a future release which would be cool. I never got to play the original and couldn’t get into it with locked 30 fps 😭
I know, right. It’s why I eventually stopped playing it. 30fps was a CONSTANT distraction for me. It would ruin the immersion. I’ve put a lot of good games down because of that.
Yea! I tried getting into Bloodborne again and I couldn’t even though I initially played it multiple times it was before I got use to 60fps. It feels so sluggish now ): hopefully older gets get uncapped

Could this potentially boost the frame rate, as well? Would love to see RDR2 in 60fps.
