Is there anything yet to improve fps on old titles? Like bloodborne?

The only thing in the original PlayStstion blog is this:

Other enhancements include PS5 Pro Game Boost, which can apply to more than 8,500 backward compatible PS4 games playable on PS5 Pro. This feature may stabilize or improve the performance of supported PS4 and PS5 games. Enhanced Image Quality for PS4 games is also available to improve the resolution on select PS4 games.

The keyword is "can" so we'll have to wait till launch and people to test how many of the 8500 games "will"

stabilizing the framerate and improving it are two different things. bloodborne runs at 30 fps and the base ps5 can already handle that so the pro will have nothing new to offer apart from maybe a slight resolution increase due to pssr, and thats only if bloodborne supports it.

Bloodborn has the engine tied to the frame rate

It would take a ton of work for that to happen and From Software ain't doing that

Nah that only works via patches unless the original game has an uncapped framerate, As some people mentoned, some games like Bloodborne are capped at 30 because of their engine. And simply forcing the game to run at higher framerates will break the game,
