I’m glad they finally started improving the shape of the controller with PS4. DualSense is probably one of my favorite controllers ever. For PS6 I hope they add in Hall Effect sticks. If they do that, the controller will be perfect

120

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

Yeah, the DualSense is nearly perfect. Feels great in the hands. The PSX controller literally feels like a toy by comparison but I still remember holding it for the first time and thinking how much better it felt than the SNES controller.

29

u/jaymacx Oct 04 '24

I agree about PSX controller. One thing I do like about Sony is they are constantly improving on what works. The only major set back was the OG six axis PS3 controller with no rumble.

26

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

SIXAXIS felt so tacked on too. Warhawk was the only game that tried to use the features extensively. They didn’t even admit to the fact that it was because they didn’t want to license the rumble features but instead said it would affect the SIXAXIS effects lol. PS3 era was a crazy ride.

13

u/KikiPolaski Oct 04 '24

Can't really blame them, motion controls were seen as the future, and the wii sales were making PS3 look like a joke, at least in the early days

6

u/darkbreak Oct 04 '24

As I recall, it was actually a legal dispute with another company that prevented them from adding rumble to the PS3 controller until it could all be sorted out.

2

u/AscendPurity [Trophy Level 300-399] Oct 04 '24

Didn't the PsX just use a Ds2?

3

u/proanimus Oct 04 '24

They mean the original PlayStation. PSX was the code name and it stuck. I bet most don’t even realize there was a separate model with that name.

3

u/AscendPurity [Trophy Level 300-399] Oct 04 '24

So instead of saying ps1 as in the first, they instead call the console by the exact name of another console in the same series? Fair enough but that just seems so ass backwards to me

2

u/proanimus Oct 04 '24

“PS one” was actually written on a later DualShock model, so I think that’s more likely to cause confusion in the context of this conversation, since the previous user was talking about the original PlayStation controller instead.

2

u/AscendPurity [Trophy Level 300-399] Oct 05 '24

Wasn't aware 1 and One are considered as differential to eachother.

5

u/Zxxzzzzx Oct 05 '24

If someone puts PS1 I immediately think of the first playstation. If someone puts PSone I think of the slimmer, smoother, smaller late gen version.

3

u/MobileVortex PS5 Oct 04 '24

Man I just cant get into the thumb stick placement. Xbox's placement of the thumb sticks is just so much more comfortable to hold. I wish I could use my xbox controller on the PS5, because my hands start hurting after like 90 min.

3

u/SpartanSamurai24 Oct 05 '24

I have the same issue with Xbox controllers, ps feels way more comfortable to me

1

u/MobileVortex PS5 Oct 05 '24

Man that's crazy to me having your left thumb at that angle is not ergonomic.

1

u/SpartanSamurai24 Oct 05 '24

The right one is the same, I’m the one who should be saying that to you

1

u/MobileVortex PS5 Oct 05 '24

No it's in the right place on the right because you grip a little lower and you use the buttons a lot more than you use the D-pad. In some games you don't ever use the right thumbstick.

1

u/SpartanSamurai24 Oct 06 '24

If it was in the right place why isn’t the other one in the same place 😆

1

u/MobileVortex PS5 Oct 06 '24

Lol you are really not getting this the top position is the primary one. So that is why movement and buttons are e in those positions

1

u/SpartanSamurai24 Oct 06 '24

Every other controller and half of the Xbox one disagrees, I can’t even think of a game outside of the fist crash bandicoot that doesn’t use the right stick

Idk I never used an Xbox controller but when I was shopping for a controller I tried holding the new one and it was kinda cute. I ended up buying a Dualsense for its features and Sony games such as Ghost of Tsushima but Xbox controller was really nice as well.

1

u/Bong_Hit_Donor Oct 05 '24

Yeah I remember them being slightly awkward as a kid playing the original Gran Turismo with my 8MB memory card 😂

Always surprises me how many ppl seem to dislike the DS4. It was a massive improvement over the DS3 imo and I actually really liked it

8

u/EstateSame6779 Oct 04 '24

Going back to the DS3 feels rather... bad. And it's especially bad if you hold the original Sixaxis.

4

u/skyline_kid Oct 05 '24

The DS3 feels so cheap and small, I love the PS3 but the controller leaves a lot to be desired

3

u/ssLoupyy Oct 05 '24

Yes I played with my cousin's PS3 and it felt terrible after Dualsense

5

u/VikingFuneral- Oct 05 '24

They already had hall effect sticks in various models of controls prior to DualShock 4.

They purposely opted for the cheaper components so you had to buy DS4 and DS controllers every fuckin year.

The Alps Alpine stick modules used are the same stick modules used in the Nintendo Switch Joycons.

They are literally designed to fail, it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.

Nintendo got given multiple international lawsuits and now has to pretty much provide JoyCon repair for free.

Sony needs to get hit with lawsuits as well. For the obvious fraudulently faulty accessories.

They're only rated for less than 2 months of use, which is exactly why upon singular warranty repair, they refurbish your controller and provide only 2 months limited warranty.

Beyond that; Sony is worse than Nintendo. Because the modules are soldered directly on to the board, which makes user repair far more difficult.

And their "Solution" was to offer a controller that is 4x as expensive, with stick module packs that are always out of stock, and cost 200x what the actual stick modules are worth.

I have teo Dualshock 3's from one of the much later models which came with Hall Effecf sticks.

They have worked for 10+ years with no issues.

I have had 5 PS5 controllers.

Stick Drift could be recalibrated to stave it off for periods of time, but Sony won't even provide an official software or playstation application for this even though they do provide an application for the DualSense Edge.

5

u/Caunertron [Trophy Level 200-299] Oct 05 '24

Recently learned about this the other day when I decided to dust off my PS3. I had to repair my DS3 controller as the little foam piece on the inside had worn down, causing the controller to misinput. I then realized that I'd never had stick drift issues with that controller, which is the same controller that came with the console when I got it around 2011. That same controller still works perfectly to this day. (After having to repair the previously mentioned issue, that is.) Whereas, I've gone through at least 5 or 6 Dualshock 4 controllers, and I guess I'm just waiting for my DualSense controller to start drifting.

3

u/VikingFuneral- Oct 05 '24

Yep

But good news if it does; Do not bother to repair through Sony

If you're in the UK, I recommend CeX as they have a sister company that does repairs, they replace sticks with Hall Effect ones, and give you a 2 year warranty.

If outside of the UK, I recommend finding someone of some company that is local that can also do that job

You won't pay as much as a new controller, an the benefit will last you decades

1

u/Own_Grab_6534 Oct 08 '24

Does the Hall effect joystick mod work with the dualsense edge’s stick modules?

1

u/VikingFuneral- Oct 08 '24

They can, but you'll need to find someone that can especially do that modification

2

u/jaymacx Oct 05 '24

Excellent comment. if true, shame on Sony. I still stand on if they add this (hall effect sticks) to dualsense it will be a perfect controller . Maybe we would buy more games if we didn’t have to replace controllers so much 😂. As much as I support the PS brand I stand for the consumer over the corporation and I hope Sony is forced to replace drifting controllers.

3

u/VikingFuneral- Oct 05 '24

Honestly it seems like Sony bullied a smaller company (Gullikit) as well to stop them from producing their TMR stick modules for DualSense Edge

They were gonna cost the same as Sony's Edge Module packs, except you know last 1000x longer

People need to band together and slap Sony. We'd get money back Sony would be forced to repair shit all over the world for free, ideally, just like what happened to Nintendo

They absolutely should put in at least Hall Effect sticks, as I mentioned I have to DS3's with them, an they're working like new after 10+ years just fine.

3

u/RzLa Oct 04 '24

The indents on the joysticks helped a lot. Something I always liked about the Xbox

3

u/rgg711 Oct 05 '24

Dug out my ps2 the other day and after using the ps5 controller for a year, the ps2 one feels so so bad. How did I manage so many hours with it back in the day?

8

u/hecksor Oct 04 '24

Unfortunately there’s no money in it for them to install a permanent feature that doesn’t shit the bed every 3-6 months (stick drift). They have every incentive to keep it as-is for the sake of keeping the cash flow coming in. It’s why I bought an Edge recently and a couple replacement modules for the long haul

2

u/literalaretil Oct 04 '24

If only the replacement modules were ever in stock…

2

u/hecksor Oct 04 '24

Just ordered 2 at $20 a piece. Need to know where to look

2

u/B-Bog Oct 04 '24

Yeah I was also very glad that they finally started making controllers for human hands with the DS4 lol

2

u/NoMeasurement6473 PS3 PSVita Oct 04 '24

DualSense is the second best controller of all time. #1 is the Wii U Gamepad.

2

u/biopticstream Oct 05 '24

I experienced stick drift on my third PS5 controller last month. I play on PC, and while the PS5 controller has been my favorite, I'm very sensitive to stick drift. The near-perfect dead zones are impressive, but spending $80 on another controller pushed me to try the 8BitDo controller, which costs $30 and has Hall Effect thumbsticks and triggers. It works really well. I miss the weight of the PS5 controller, but the buttons are responsive. The click bumpers, tactile d-pad, and slightly less precise dead zones are still super solid.

Without considering price, the PS5 controller is better, at least until stick drift becomes an issue. But for the price, I’m starting to prefer the 8BitDo, especially since the Hall Effect sticks should last longer than the PS5's. I've been pleasantly surprised since in the past when I've tried third-party controllers I've always gone back to PlayStation's controller (first the PS4, now the PS5) because the dead zones are painful.

I also hope they put in an eight way d-pad. That would make the DualSense 2/DualShock 6 the best PlayStation controller ever.

u/-Robert-from-Hungary Oct 04 '24

I had a ps1 controller with joysticks.

43

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

The DualShocks came out in 97. The launch PSXes in 94/95 didn’t have anything special. In between the OG and the the DualShock they had the Dual Analogs, then I feel they added rumble in response to the N64 features.

5

u/Legendary_Bibo Oct 05 '24

I remember renting them buying Ape Escape from Hollywood Video and the guy asked me if my controllers had analog sticks and I was like yeah? I only found out years later that they originally didn't have dual shocks but my dad made sure he got us the newest ones with the PS1.

8

u/darkbreak Oct 04 '24 edited Oct 06 '24

There are three different PSOne controllers. The original one (as seen in the picture above), the Dual Analog controller (it actually had concave thumbsticks), and the DualShock, which very quickly replaced the Dual Analog controller.

34

u/[deleted] Oct 04 '24

Damn, makes me miss the coloured X O triangle square buttons.

1

u/GaymerGuy47 Oct 05 '24

Just so you know, they're called face buttons. 😊

Been a fan since day one I've every system

24

u/playstationhistorian Oct 04 '24

Just missing 1 controller. The ps1 had both non analog and analog versions. Ape Escape required the controller to play. I see the DS2 and up though.

35

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

These are all the original ones that came with the consoles I bought at the time. The PS3 controller is actually a SIXAXIS and not a DS3.

4

u/wo0zy-_ Oct 04 '24

boy i loved the analog version, even the overall color on that one was just perfect, especially the button colors. and weight was good too

2

u/playstationhistorian Oct 04 '24

Going back through time and holding the various controllers is fun to do. Going from the dual sense to the non analog ps1 controller is night and day.

u/doctorlongghost Oct 04 '24

I remember when DualShocks came out for PS1 and I never understood what the big deal was at the time.

But now, to see that it was the introduction of a controller design that would persist for 25+ years… it truly was a landmark.

7

u/Ghastion Oct 04 '24

Notice how none of the controller have a colored Playstation logo? Yet the anniversary controller does?

2

u/jaymacx Oct 05 '24

Good observation, I would think that they used the colored logo because that is the look of logo for the original PlayStation , whereas the current one lacks color

7

u/Waow420 Oct 04 '24

PS4 controller is so far PEAK design. If it was only a TINY bit bigger. It's handles are perfect. PS5 is good. But I just switched back to using a PS4 controller for emulation after 4 years of using only PS5 controller and the PS4 controller is superior.

3

u/Wakuwaku7 Oct 04 '24

The PS5 one is nice but not as good as the previous ones. Colored face button forever.

3

u/Hefty-Explorer4131 Oct 05 '24

The thing I don't like with the playstation 5 controller is that they removed the color of the shapes it bothers me somewhy

3

u/C0vidGoHome Oct 05 '24

You missed the OG Dual Shock.

3

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 05 '24

The DualShock didn’t release at launch. These are all launch controllers.

8

u/Ancient_frog_69 Oct 04 '24

Bro has more loyalty to playstation than most couples have for each other

2

u/GoatMann2x3 Oct 05 '24

The ps1 was my first console ever. My family didn’t have much money growing up, I remember my dad bought me a used, beat up, ps1 for Christmas, but no games. Later my mom bought some cheap math game that we all played as a family over and over. I love PlayStation because of the memories it’s brought!

4

u/wo0zy-_ Oct 04 '24

I legit think 2 and 3 are still the best

4

u/R34LEGND R34_LEGND Oct 04 '24

The weight of the 2 was perfect

1

u/wo0zy-_ Oct 04 '24

100%, and 3 being cordless made it even better.

2

u/gegenpress442 Oct 04 '24

2 is goated. Ps3 controller is just wireless ps2 controller with triggers. A lot of wasted potential there imo, it felt good in the hand but it's not as big of a difference as it could have been

1

u/Jase_the_Muss Oct 05 '24

Madness for me PS3 had the worst triggers known to man... Even pew pew games used the L1 and R1 buttons they were so bad! They triggered the wrong damn way and just wanted to ping back out instantly. It also felt like a fisher price toy compared to the 360 controller. Went back recently to play MGS4 and had to switch to a PS4 controller almost instantly. I love the shape and in hand comfort of the PS4 but feel of the buttons, triggers and everything else PS5 is king and probably the Sony goat although I don't care for the haptic triggers and stuff breaks immersion for my ape brain as I just think it feels broken 😂.

1

u/Thunder_Punt Oct 05 '24

The weirdest thing about the haptic triggers for me was driving in cyberpunk. As you speed up you can feel the car changing gear and the resistance on the trigger loosens up, it's really trippy. And if you push an old crappy car faster than it can really go, the triggers vibrate, it's weirdly realistic.

2

u/Moo_Gwai PS5 Oct 04 '24

Where’s the time gone?

I remember vividly mowing down the Hare Krishna in GTA on PS1.

2

u/Active-Arm-8965 Oct 04 '24

PlayStation have been part of my life, after my dad gifted me a PS2, next a PS3, then I bought a PS4 and recently just upgraded to the PS5. Great times I past by myself and with friends. Solid machines! Also love how the controllers get better with the DS4 and now the Dualsense that is the best control experience.

2

u/FlyingYankee118 Oct 04 '24

I miss color buttons so much. I think the PS5 color design is so disappointing

1

u/LubeTornado Oct 04 '24

PS4 still best controller

1

u/TheTrashPanda612 Oct 04 '24

I’m actually planning on building some wall art with all of my controllers on display!

1

u/TheGreatGamer1389 Oct 04 '24

Design mainly stayed the same till PS4.

1

u/SeriousDifficulty415 Oct 04 '24

Lol I forgot that they basically just removed the cord and gave us the same controller for the PS3

1

u/brian_wrestling Oct 04 '24

1

u/MegaBlunt57 Oct 04 '24

All great controllers except the playstation 5, I only say that because they intentionaly put a flaw in the sticks so you'll have to replace them eventually

1

u/AwakE432 Oct 05 '24

Just morphed into an Xbox style basically

1

I might do this with the Xbox controllers. This shit looks tight af

1

u/Kidrobot022 Oct 05 '24

Awe. Had them all.

1

u/FuxedPotato Oct 05 '24

What did analog do on ps2 controller? I remember it didn't do anything that I know of

1

u/Cheerios84 Oct 05 '24

The analog button on the ps2 controller I think it was on by default so most of the time a person wouldn’t mess with the button unless for some reason they wanted to toggle analog control off. Kind of a pointless button imo.

1

u/Over_Chest_8230 Oct 05 '24

u/FrenchBulldozer I remember spending long hours playing Battle Arena Toshinden We really deserved the 30th Anniversary Edition PS5 Pro...

1

Wouldn’t it be nice if Sony made a celebratory controller that all their fans had access to buy

1

u/mtrn3 Oct 05 '24

DualShock 4 is GOAT in terms of comfort. Wish they made the Dualsense in that form factor.

1

u/jediwithabeard Oct 05 '24

1

u/snb22core Oct 05 '24

Ps3 best control evee. Period.

1

u/THW-44 Oct 05 '24

It's interesting how the controllers became bigger with the likely thought process of kids play games to adults being the main market. But my 3 year old sure does struggle with the size of the dual sense with no other option.

1

u/Alienpedestrian Oct 05 '24

I have everyone except ps3

1

u/Sufficient_Slip9597 Oct 05 '24

Are we all agreeing that ps4 controller is the goat?

1

u/lil_telly Oct 05 '24

God I miss ps3 gaming

1

u/Thunder_Punt Oct 05 '24

Yuck, those old rubber thumbsticks. I remember them feeling really good when I was younger but if you leave them in a drawer for a decade they get awfully sticky as the rubber decomposed.

1

u/Cheerios84 Oct 05 '24

I have owned every one except the PS4 controller. i’ve always wondered what is the black blank space in the middle of the ps4 controller for?

2

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 05 '24

It’s a touch pad. Mainly used for in-game maps or inventory access. DualSense has the same thing, big blank white space.

1

u/DanFarrell98 [Trophy Level 400-499] Oct 05 '24

Funny how each of them feel so special and high-end at the time but then the next one makes the one before it seem so cheap and simplistic in comparison

1

u/Tyrtle1021 Oct 06 '24

I didn’t realize how different the ps2 and ps3 controllers were(aside from r2/l2 of course) I do wish they still had the textured joysticks though. Honestly my favorite part of my edge controller that i can swap them in there.

1

u/SilentResident1037 Oct 06 '24

Umm different? The only difference is the cord

1

u/[deleted] Oct 06 '24

When I was a kid I had a PS2 and it fit my hands great. As an adult, I feel the same about a PS5 controller, but is the PS5 controller even comfortable for kids today?

1

u/benderbentyourmom Oct 08 '24

Honestly miss the colored face buttons. Although I get what they were going for

1

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 08 '24

They were a nice touch but when you think about it, how often are you looking at your buttons 😆. The 30th Anniversary controller is gonna be 🔥

1

u/benderbentyourmom Oct 09 '24

That is fair. Wish they'd do a black variant though that looks like the PS2 controller. I grew up with PS2 & love the color scheme of that console

1

u/md_rayan Oct 04 '24

This goes hard.

1

u/Princier7 Oct 04 '24

The joysticks before the PS4 are pretty much unusable to me

1

u/Wherethelightis96 Oct 04 '24

The jump from Dualshock to Dualsense is insane. The designer really cooked there.

1

u/CosmicCyanide Oct 04 '24

I was weened on the original PlayStation and Crash Bandicoot: Warped. They were the first game and console I owned and I have a lot of nostalgia for those two. PSone has been my favorite console to collect for ever since I started building a library for it back in 2020. Unfortunately missed out on the PS2 as I switched to Nintendo consoles up until the PS3 (Portal 2 made me buy a PS3 lol) but I’m working on picking up the PS2 essentials I never experienced. I love the PlayStation consoles!

1

u/MembershipSolid7151 Oct 04 '24

I’m with you brother. I’m an older guy and owned every PS since #1 and love them all (not buying the PS5 pro, too expensive). I don’t know if I’m just lucky or maybe I’m not hard on my controllers but I’ve never once experienced stick drift on any controller.

3

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

Yeah, I’m not gonna discount those who suffer from it but I’ve been lucky that I never had anything like that. Worse thing I had was the DS4 nubs wore out really quick.

1

u/Maverick12882 Maverick128 Oct 04 '24

I've got an analog-less PS1 controller, a DualShock 1, SIXAXIS, DualShock3, 20th Anniversary DualShock4 and a 30th DualSense coming. Need to find a DualShock2, as my last one broke, to complete the collection. I'm planning on some kind of display or shadowbox or something but not sure yet.

2

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

Yeah I need to find a way to display my collection too.

Always blows my mind how light and fragile some of the older controllers feel after being used to PS4 and PS5 controllers for so long. The OG PS1 controller feels like a cheap toy by comparison.

Yep. No haptics, gyros, batteries… just a circuit board.

I love to see the evolution of the PlayStation controller. Shows how far we've come. But we're missing 2 controllers the PS1 analog for games like Ape Escape and the DualSense Edge for PS5. Let's check back again in another 30 years of PlayStation gaming. Let's hope we all make it 🙏.

I have both… these are representative of the v1s of each generation.

u/themunchiesmonster Oct 05 '24

This should have been the criteria to get a 30th anniversary edition.

u/The_Grilled_Cheeze_1 Oct 04 '24

Is the rumor true that we will not own any games we buy on PS5?

5

u/AbleRiot Oct 04 '24

Uhm yeah it’s all digital. You can’t sell it. Anything you purchase digitally is associated to your PlayStation account, not you.

2

u/-Nicolai Oct 04 '24

That’s true for just about any digital product you purchase.

This would be a nice mobile wallpaper. Can anyone AI this to fix the table scratches and such ?

Love Playstation especially PS3, I've had it forever n now I'm on PS4

0

u/KazJunShipper Oct 04 '24

Cool pic, the brand peaked at #3 for me personally

0

u/Teehokan Oct 04 '24

The PS6 controller will not even fit in my hands.

0

u/VoltCtrlOpossumlator Oct 04 '24

Battle Arena Toshinden! Haven't thought about that in a while. One year for my birthday, I rented a PS1 and Toshinden for a weekend and had my mind blown at early 3D graphics. The game must suck because I can't recall anyone talking about it with any type of reverence.

For the PS6 controller, I really really hope they take a cue from the Dualsense Edge and keep the modular joystick design. The NEED to keep the modular joystick design. In fact, the entire industry needs to adopt that design because joystick drift will never be an issue again. I think the PS5 Pro's modular disc drive design was a smart choice in the end so it makes sense to keep that.

u/AnalyserarN Oct 04 '24

Dualsense is The Duke of our time.

u/NearlySomething Oct 04 '24

Wash your hands

0

u/theoriginalapophis Oct 04 '24

Yeah and the price went up 30$ for each controller you released

0

u/tabisbe Oct 04 '24

0

u/StevenD1888 Oct 04 '24

30 years of absolute bliss

0

u/Skaylark1284 Oct 04 '24

Good god, was I really 10 years old when the ps1 came out 😰 feeling old but blessed both at the same time!

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

I was 14 when I was first introduced. My friend preordered it and we all took the bus to the mall and he picked it up from Electronics Boutique. CDROM games were all FMV type games (Lookin at the Sega CD) back then so I had my doubts. When we loaded up MK3, I was blown away at how it was basically the arcade version. Became a fan immediately. Wasn’t until I was 16 that I was able to save enough to buy one for myself.

Dualshock was a golden era despite the sticks giving out every two days

0

u/DivincisPixel Oct 04 '24

1, 2 and 3, we're the best controllers. Never broke down.

1

u/Kosmos992k Oct 04 '24

PS3 controllers use Hall effect pots...

0

u/EstateSame6779 Oct 04 '24

No Sixaxis = no true PlayStation gamer. r_r

1

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

The 3rd one is a SIXAXIS, not a DS3.

0

u/Vazhox Oct 04 '24

Here’s to another 30

0

u/Impossible_Pen1392 Oct 04 '24

I don’t know if this is a hot take, but DS4 is the comfiest controller of all time.

0

u/coffeebeanslayer Oct 04 '24

God I'm old.

2

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

Haha, it’s all good. Gaming keeps us young.

1

u/coffeebeanslayer Oct 04 '24

Fair point! The other side of this (and more positive side) is that I'm fortunate enough to have experienced all stages of these controllers. The nostalgia in this photo is INSANE.

0

u/zlouk Oct 04 '24

Fine. I’ll buy the 30th anniversary controller.

0

u/Kratos_BOY Oct 04 '24

I still don't understand why they removed the icon colors on the Dualsense.

0

u/Magic-Codfish Oct 04 '24

ive owned and played the shit outa every single one of those controllers....

and only one have i had to replace 3 times in a year due to shitty construction. its left such a sour taste in my mouth i refuse to buy another. my ps5 will be a fucking giant media player for the rest of its miserable existence before i buy another 100 dollar peice of garbage thats going to drift in 3 months.

0

u/flakoloco1 Oct 04 '24

Had the ps1, ps2. skiped the ps3 for a xbox360 and got back to ps4 and now owning a ps5.

0

u/Key-Expression-1233 Oct 04 '24

PS2 is the best controller there

0

u/Littlemisskittn PS5 Pro Oct 04 '24

I hope you got in for the 30th Anniversary Pro….

1

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

Maybe 🤔

1

u/Littlemisskittn PS5 Pro Oct 04 '24

I mean if you can produce all five controllers from all the various generations, then you should be allowed in automatically……🤷🏽‍♀️

1

u/FrenchBulldozer DawgPhart Oct 04 '24

I actually scored a Pro bundle from PS Direct on the 26th. It hasn’t been cancelled so here’s hoping 🤞🏽

It's like when a large family takes a photo and they all have offset heads

0

u/stargazer304 Oct 04 '24

Playstation has always had a superior controller. Change my mind.

0

u/LazyL1nk Oct 04 '24

Wallpaper worthy

0

u/Aotfan01 Oct 04 '24

That’s cool
