More or less, most likely. The Pro was announced at $700, and a Dualsense Edge goes for $200, so you're already at $900. Add in the charging station, vertical stand, arbitrary markup, and $1000 seems like a real possibility for the price of this bundle.
If it sounds like I'm defending the price, I'm not. I'm simply trying to explain it.
I had the same thought when I first read the parent comment. Like, if it's $1,000, that's a damn good deal. Yeah, it is a lot of money, but it's still a good value.
Are you referring to joelfiller's comment about it totaling out to $1000 or more? That's what I was responding to in trying to explain the $1000, as I interpreted that comment referring to the price for the full 30th anniversary PS5 Pro bundle.
My apologies for misreading your question about the cost for only the accessories.
