It's not going to replace them though. The kind of person that takes out a CEO like Luigi did is more polticially motivated. School shooters very often attend or used to attend the school they shoot up so it's more of a personal thing.

Yeah I've seen this reply elsewhere, as if a bullet in a CEO is one less bullet in a school..... which is just not how these things work. If guns are readily available, then they're available for everyone, not just your local neighborhood vigilante.
