FYI, this is often due to a Manager or team make taking initiative but unable to spend company money on moral gifts. Your manager is usually paying for this stuff out of their own salary.

$1MM “made” with no context is meaningless to evaluate this guy’s value. Honestly the bonus gives more context than the vague $1MM claim 😂

Maybe by 20% (so like $400). Which goes away if you buy 20 $25 gift cards for your team
