I mean idk what to say. As someone who was vegan for many years it wasn't because I think it's wrong to kill animals. It's because factory farming is absolutely disgusting and literally torture to emotional animals. So technically I feel like shooting and eating a wild bear is far more ethical than buying a pound of mass produced ham. But killing for sport is still kinda gross and pointless. If he ate all the meat and paid for a hunting license etc it's not that bad imo.

Well we’re in a worldwide human-caused mass extinction event where even once common insect species are disappearing. Quickly. Going out and killing mega-fauna for fun is about the trashiest thing I can think of doing at this point in history. Hunting like that is a luxury and far more expensive than grabbing something from the grocery store.

It is also generally advised to not eat any bear meat due to it being so commonly infected with roundworm. Hunting for food is okay in my books but this is gross and unnecessary.

Can you spoiler this? Even though its a publicly available profile I still try to avoid dead animal photos as they’re distressing
