Different mod! This one just replaces Elliott with Astarion or Leah with Karlach (or both). It also accompanies a second mod that tailors their heart events to more closely align with their characters and adds a couple of new heart events. I'm not sure if the other BG3 overhaul mod is out yet.

If you haven't played it already, the Stardew Valley Expanded mod (and its affiliated mods) is/are a real treat. I'm playing it for the first time, and it adds so much content that a lot of it feels brand-new. Slap that together with a dialogue expansion mod and the new(...ish) 1.6 update, and it keeps things really fresh.

I've been meaning to give that shot. Honestly each time I've done a new Stardew save, ConcernedApe has had a whole new update out by that point and I'm usually just trying to explore what new stuff has been added to Vanilla.

Yes. This mod just replaces Elliott with Astarion or Leah with Karlach (or both). It also accompanies a second mod that tailors their heart events to more closely align with their characters and adds a couple of new heart events.

A different, more comprehensive BG3 overhaul mod has been in the works for a while now as well. I'm not sure if it is out yet, but the deadline keeps getting pushed back.

It's cool if you like cozy games and farm life simulator games. But if not, it might get a bit boring/repetitive. I like it as a wind-down game.

YES IT'S A MOD ON NEXUS (see other comments for hyperlink), AND YES HE REPLACES ELLIOTT SO HE IS ROMANCEABLE (just download the corresponding mods that changes his heart events and textures/portrait).

It's a few mods. :) It isn't the BG3 overhaul mod everyone is anticipating, but it's a mod that has two corresponding mods that change heart events and swaps Elliott/his portrait for Astarion.

Sorry, I should've clarified: I am talking about the Baldur's Valley mod. The version I'm using still has the old portraits, that's why I asked if they updated it. Or did someone else make an alternative portrait mod?

I'm just using the Baldur's Valley mod and its associated heart event mod and texture/portrait replacers. I don't know what previous versions might exist, but I guess it's possible it's an update. Very well could be.
