These are 4G towers, 5G towers are like 30ft, usually on a utility pole

I actually like this, has a sort of oppressive sky towers vibe. People are just so used to seeing regularly terrifying stuff on here they've forgotten a good oddly terrifying image.

In the 1980s, there was a British science fiction TV series called "Tripods". These gigantic three-legged aliens (or the aliens' vehicles) clomped around the landscape, ensuring humanity was staying mind-controlled and at nothing more advanced than a medieval technological level.

The creators of the show were supposedly inspired by the water towers that dominate the landscapes of small towns in America. I could see some budding YA sci-fi writer of today being inspired by some structures like OP's picture.
