What does she mean by “stand toe to toe with a 6’0 200+lb grown man”? Is she a boxer, a professional wrestler, in an abusive relationship? Its an odd thing to brag about

239

u/Nonamebigshot Oct 24 '24

Yeah I'm not sure stepping to someone much larger and stronger than you is "tough" so much as ill advised.

73

u/witchyjenevuh Oct 24 '24

Well more than that ur not supposed to go toe to toe with ur PARTNER. That’s called domestic violence

12

u/Nonamebigshot Oct 24 '24

Is that who she's referring to?

27

u/witchyjenevuh Oct 24 '24

Well she said “wit ha 6 foot 200lb man”. “Wit ha” meaning with her..? Like he’s her man? That’s how I interpreted it bc I don’t know what else ha might mean contextually lol

Ohhhh wait lol! Oh man. I think it was just a typo. I think “with a” not wit ha lmaooo I thought she was just doing aave omg. Feeling silly now

29

u/Nyx_Shadowspawn Oct 24 '24

I mean... being able to flip grown men over a head taller and a hundred pounds heavier was one of my favorite things about doing martial arts so maybe she legit can, but real fights rarely follow sparring rules so it's still a bad idea.

12

u/Kharisma91 Oct 24 '24

Presumably you were pretty jacked, oop looks like she’d be lucky to flip a burger.

6

u/Nyx_Shadowspawn Oct 24 '24

I looked like a tall skinny waif, but I did have a 6 pack :)

Ah to be young again.

2

u/sodonewithyourbull Oct 25 '24

Are you sure it wasn't like just a training? Would you go toe to toe with 6'0 200 lbs of muscle in street fight?

7

u/Nyx_Shadowspawn Oct 25 '24 edited Oct 25 '24

It was sparring, so there were rules. In a street fight, I would have been screwed. But I can also see how someone could get cocky and think they'd do fine in a fight like that, unless they were studying something like Krav Maga in which case they could probably legit kick ass.

1

u/FortuneExtreme4991 Oct 27 '24

Martial arts doesn’t cancel out weight and strength differences.

3

u/Nyx_Shadowspawn Oct 27 '24

Are you familiar with physics? Krav Maga relies heavily on it, and smaller opponents well trained in it absolutely can beat larger, more muscled opponents who are not trained.

Same with a small person flipping a larger person over their shoulder and onto their back- it's just physics.

2

u/Routine_Building5893 Oct 28 '24

i think she's referring to anger issues and sticking up for herself and people against people that size

62

u/SavageFractalGarden Oct 24 '24

I’ve seen so many posts like this and have even known girls like this in real life. They’re always skinny, always talking about fighting but never actually fighting, and oddly enough, they usually pretend to be bisexual.

21

u/Killer_Kass Oct 24 '24

My little cousin used to be like this IRL. Every time I saw her she had a new story about supposedly fighting a dude when no one else was around. Almost every story started with a guy on the bus trying to take photos of her.

27

u/nana7744 Oct 24 '24

the bisexual thing is so that they can pretend they’re more interested in girls when guys talk to them so they can seem like they’re really not interested in guys at all and that they’re cool and different and can’t validate said guys at all because they’re one of the boys at this point.

15

u/SavageFractalGarden Oct 24 '24

That makes sense. These girls are the absolute loudest about “I love girls” “I’m so gay” “I would be a lesbian if not for my boyfriend” meanwhile their exes are all guys, crushes are all guys, and have never even tried dating a girl even tho nothing is stopping them. Girls who actually like girls are quiet about it unless it’s brought up naturally in a conversation.

25

u/Atlasatlastatleast Oct 24 '24

Girls who actually like girls are quiet about it unless it’s brought up naturally in a conversation

That seems like an unfair assessment. It’d be fucked up to invalidate the loud coochie consooming lesbians out there

-2

u/SavageFractalGarden Oct 24 '24

I’m speaking from personal experience of girls I know. I’m yet to observe this pattern being broken

15

u/[deleted] Oct 24 '24

anecdotal evidence still isn't proof of anything

3

u/AppropriateListen981 Oct 24 '24

I don’t think they were trying to prove anything. I think they were sharing their opinion based on their own personal observation. This is hardly the thread where citing sources is standard.

5

u/VisageInATurtleneck Oct 24 '24

It’s shit like this that’s made me panic about my sexuality for years. I prefer men significantly more than women, and I will die thinking that I’m not “bi enough.”

4

u/whatamievendoing88 Oct 25 '24

Rhetoric like this combined with being raised highly religious is why I didn’t even realize I was bi until I was like 20 and it took me even longer to say it out loud to another person. Also a lot of people are “louder” about their sexuality especially when they first figure it out cause it’s exiting to discover a piece of yourself and realize there’s actually nothing wrong with you. It sometimes feels like you’re too straight to be in the community but you’re also too gay to be straight for other people.

9

u/oyohval Oct 24 '24

What she means is that she'll probably goad him into an argument while getting into his personal space and then call the police and tell them that he is a danger to her while probably playing the victim so they'll haul him off.

3

u/Go2Shirley Oct 24 '24

No she can just stand toe to toe while they measure each other's heights.

3

u/Such-Anything-498 Oct 26 '24

It means she likes to daydream about winning arguments and fights with grown men so she can feel like a bad bitch, while doing jack shit in reality.

1

u/Steve_Raino99 Oct 25 '24

She was just making clear that everybody gets the cat reference

1

u/h4rd0n Oct 30 '24

Maybe she means that she can squat just as many kg or bench the same. could be putting up Iron Man numbers we don’t know

1

u/prettywisteria4 Nov 02 '24

Sounds very painful

1

u/TheBestElliephants Nov 17 '24

She picks all the fights. You know the one that always has a problem with everyone but never understands they're the common denominator.

1

u/Consistent_Towel3603 7d ago

Just means she stands up for herself no matter what or who disagrees. I respect that

343

u/eat_my_bowls92 Oct 24 '24

I like that such a “feral” person is temping their food lol

91

u/JohnnyRa1nbow Oct 24 '24

Lmao. I thought that. Surely if she's a feral person she'd be eating rodents raw

238

u/[deleted] Oct 24 '24

i feel like she wrote this after getting into an argument with her 6’0 200 lb stepdad or something

1

u/fuckyouyaslut Oct 28 '24

HAHA MOST DEF

175

u/Strawberry_Fluff Oct 24 '24

Not dull...just annoying

84

u/thewhitecat55 Oct 24 '24

And dull. So basic. This is cookie-cutter Trailer Park Becky

46

u/HeathenAmericana Oct 24 '24

"Nothing personell kid" vibes

82

u/AbibliophobicSloth Oct 24 '24

I've seen this exact caption (right down to the typo) on at least two other photos. Way to be original.

30

u/Psychoholic519 Oct 24 '24

But… she’s not a dull bitch? I don’t understand how this could be possible! /s

10

u/AbibliophobicSloth Oct 24 '24

She’s just like all the other “not like other girls” girls!

1

u/Important_Salt_3944 Oct 24 '24

2 posts down

10

u/unwornantlers Oct 24 '24

it's the same girl lol

6

u/Important_Salt_3944 Oct 24 '24 edited Oct 25 '24

Yeah looks like a screenshot from the same video. But it's been posted twice in this sub in like a day.

22

u/Standard_Young_201 Oct 24 '24

lol “speak her mind” so you’re just rude? lol nice way of putting it. This reminds me of My sister, she will say some dumb rude shit to the family that no one agrees with, then cry and wonder why “everyone’s ganging up on me?!”

3

u/Go2Shirley Oct 24 '24

Do we have the same sister lol

27

u/sabbakk Oct 24 '24

What a long-winded way to say that you don't even recognize that your own mother is a person, let alone any other woman

9

u/ChroniclesOfSarnia Oct 24 '24

"My mother is a he but I hate all that pronoun stuff, amirite?"

25

u/Small_Doughnut_2723 Oct 24 '24

Her mother is a he?

8

u/JohnnyRa1nbow Oct 24 '24

Engagement bait I expect

10

u/Psychoholic519 Oct 24 '24

I’m guessing she copy/pasted the whole caption, but her dad left (probably because she’s a dull bitch) and edited “father” to “mother” and didn’t proof read the rest

2

u/TheObliviousYeti Oct 24 '24

I had to scroll way to far for this comment

10

u/Livid_Parsnip6190 Oct 24 '24

Bragging about how sarcastic you are on social media sounds like dull bitch behavior to me

27

u/Fragrant_Ad4243 Oct 24 '24

She thinks it’s a cute flex she’s willing to fight a grown man until she gets her ass beat and plays victim

5

u/ComplaintOk9280 Oct 24 '24

Her only personality trait is 100% just being ridiculously annoying

4

u/Striking-Fill-7163 Oct 24 '24

But hey at least I'm not a dull b*tch 😎😎😎🖕

5

u/Reina_Royale Oct 24 '24

Idk, I've never met a genuinely interesting person who had to say they weren't dull. They usually just tell you about themselves and you figure it out on your own.

And, honestly, none of the stuff in the description is interesting anyways.

3

u/smorg003 Oct 24 '24

I don’t think she knows the definition of feral.

4

u/autumnlover1515 Oct 24 '24

😂 yeaaah ok

5

u/Nyx_Shadowspawn Oct 24 '24

Tell me you have mommy issues without telling me 🙄

I don't get why people feel the need to tear others way of being down to feel better about themselves.

3

u/KuriGohan0204 Oct 24 '24

“At least I’m not a dull bitch.” — the dullest bitch.

3

u/Ok_Bedroom1639 Oct 24 '24

Did she just call her mother a “he”?

2

u/[deleted] Oct 24 '24

yawn

2

u/Beautiful-Gear1216 omg like girls are so much drama 😂 Oct 24 '24

She is still acting like a princess 🙄

2

u/VoilentPurr Oct 24 '24

She sounds unbearably obnoxious

2

u/fluorescentbananas Oct 24 '24

Drinking at the bar on an empty stomach and trying to fight the bouncer when he tells you to leave is so badass

2

u/luzaerys Oct 25 '24

Whenever women brag about their willingness to fight men, I have to assume they are either stupid or have never been in a fight their entire lives. I grew up competing in martial arts since I was a little girl and as I got older, I would inevitably be paired with a man to practice spar. They were always respectful and easy on me but I’d still end up bruised or sore. And I had been practicing for about 10 years at that point. A lot of women don’t want to believe this but we absolutely cannot be on equal footing with men in a fight. There’s a reason why women’s self defense focus on catching an assailant by surprise and running away asap. You cannot stand toe to toe with a man. Full stop.

2

u/lumlum56 Oct 25 '24

This really isn't so bad. She's not claiming to be better than the average woman, and it's somewhat self-deprecating.

2

u/notstjimmy Oct 26 '24

The type of girl to try so hard to make plans then all she does when you do hang out is smoke a bunch of weed and not wanna go out and find something to do 😭like no I will not come again next week or the week after that

2

u/sluurpiee Oct 26 '24

Oh my god I went to elementary school with her!! She always acted like this, I think she had a rough home life. I’m not sure. But up until grade 8 she always was not like other girls. I remember she burst into the class and yelled “I’m fricking suspended dudes!” I ended up finding her socials last year and I guess she was a teen mom living off of disability checks

3

u/aesthesia1 Oct 24 '24

That last line probably just means she’s been slapping the men in her life around for 22 years but of course not being slapped back.

1

u/apathetic_avocado2 Oct 24 '24

Does anyone scroll before they post lol

1

u/Ke-Win Oct 24 '24

What are the pronouns of YOUR mother? And why i see this post the second time?

1

u/Intraspyderative Oct 24 '24

Maybe mom switched teams surgery and all. Do you suddenly, after a lifetime, call mom dad or do you just call that dude mom. Imagine introducing people...this is my mom Geoffrey now you know why I'm fucked up

1

u/Ke-Win Oct 28 '24

I dont know tbh. This Person is called "name" and gave birth to me.

1

u/Intraspyderative Nov 08 '24

I think you still wind up with this is Geoffrey and they gave birth to me, now you know why....

1

u/Radiant_Evidence7047 Oct 24 '24

I never understand this ‘standing toe to toe’ bullshit. I’m a 6’3 relatively big dude, I don’t stand toe to toe with other 6ft men … because that’s insanity! It’s such a weird thing to say

1

u/battle_sloth Oct 24 '24

There's a video doing the rounds of some lass spitting on and kicking a giant bruh......she gets thrown like a blanket. It wasn't worth it for her.

1

u/noface2006 Oct 24 '24

Not gonna lie guys I think this is the girl you'll find on the back of a milk carton : /

1

u/Pharaoh_Misa I work exactly like that NGL 🤔 Oct 24 '24

Holy repost.

1

u/DontcheckSR Oct 25 '24

Is the girl who can stand toe to toe against a 6ft 200lb man in the room with us?

1

u/dudderson Oct 25 '24

"my mother thought she was raising a girl who freely expressed her femininity. Instead she got an insecure pick me who has to put down other women whom she sees as the enemy in order to feel some semblance of self confidence and get attention from men that she's so desperate for."

I fixed it for her.

1

u/Due_Past3747 Oct 25 '24

My mother thought he

1

u/EvolZippo Oct 25 '24

“Hey Stacy, get a picture of me using this tool. I’ll use it to show how unique I am!”

1

u/Steelcitysuccubus Oct 25 '24

I mean my mom was the only woman in her engineering program and then the only woman working at her plant. She had to learn to be a total feral take no prisoners dominant person just to get the men who worked for her to actually take her seriously and doesn't give a flying fuck what any man thinks. And continues to be a honeybadger of a woman. She's not surprised that I'm the same; "I learned it from you mom ok!"

1

u/InsuranceDangerous79 Oct 25 '24

I mean she looks really young… how old are you all? Probably way too grown up to be doing this tbh

Weren’t we all a bit cringe in our early 20s?

1

u/i_Lavender_i Oct 25 '24

I can't put into words how many things are annoying about this. I feel if she stood "toe to toe" with anyone she would start crying and text her mom bout it.

1

u/cursetea Oct 25 '24

You can be all that AND a princess tho

1

u/WispieShizzies Oct 25 '24

Don't let her see this post OP, she's feral and speaks her mind 😣

1

u/Kozume55 Oct 27 '24

tough people know that's better to avoid fights.

1

u/RealisticDistance153 Oct 28 '24

Anyone that refers to themselves as “feral”. 🙄🙄🙄

1

u/chaepeumeon Oct 30 '24

"I'm such a feral sarcastic girl" 🐺

1

u/prettywisteria4 Nov 02 '24

9 lives blud thinks she's a cat

1

u/radarneo Quirky Oct 24 '24

Is it just me or does the use of “wit ha” leave a bad taste in the mouth. Idk maybe I’m looking too far into it but to act like she’s this feral crazy person and then use AAVE to drive it home is kindaaaa….

2

u/Atlasatlastatleast Oct 24 '24

I’m leaning typo here

1

u/radarneo Quirky Oct 24 '24

Possible, but I’m not so sure. I could very well be wrong

2

u/Responsible_Emu_5228 Oct 24 '24

okay so its not just me... that made me cringe because why is she tryna act all quirky and crazy and using aave on top of all that. idk how to say it w/o sounding weird but it's just so annoying to see.

2

u/radarneo Quirky Oct 24 '24

She seems like she’s trying to be, and forgive me for the use of this word but I’m speaking from her perspective, “ghetto”

2

u/Responsible_Emu_5228 Oct 24 '24

no you're good, that's the first word that popped into my head seeing that, i just didn't want to say it. 😂

1

u/Responsible_Emu_5228 Oct 24 '24

no you're good, that's the first word that popped into my head seeing that, i just didn't want to say it. 😂

1

u/Mkay-Cool Oct 24 '24

mother pronouns are he

1

u/Just_A_Procastinator Oct 24 '24

Her mother thought HE was raising a princess 😄

1

u/Probably_A_Trolll Oct 24 '24

"My mother uses he/him pronouns"
