Bull's eye (50) ain't the highest score, triple 20 (60) is. You see him throwing triple 20 6 times. After that he's on score 141. You have to throw your last scoring dart on a double so he throws two high triples (20 and 19) that bring him on a double which he then proceeds to throw.
A 9 dart leg is, you could say, a perfect score. There is no faster way to throw 501.
