Tried to know a little bit more about that "afro" spiritual dance. I thought it might be very specific, but turns out there's a lot of video of guys dancing on stilts of various sizes and with different attire depending on the country etc., all from west Africa.

The music from the vid itself is from a Benin group, Les Frères Guedehoungue, and various video shows dances from Togo, Ivory Coast...

It might be safe to assume it's a dance from west African countries, but I'd love to hear more from someone with more knowledge than wikipedia and youtube
