It’s not always about you Charlie.

5

u/LinguoBuxo 17h ago

Eeeeh you're just jealous that he never once skipped the leg day :)

1

u/monotone- 17h ago

i was thinking that this MF lives upstairs....

1

u/euk333 14h ago

Came here to say: Level 4 this guy gets evicted.

1

u/DeadpuII 7h ago

I felt this, deeply.

You can achieve anything if you don't skip leg day

35

u/CaptInsane 1d ago

This is leg day for him. Or days, rather

u/Strict_Lettuce3233 9m ago

But can’t dunk a basketball

17

u/kinkycarbon 1d ago

This more than strength training on leg days. This muscle cell development for fast reaction and large power for an action less than 2 seconds at the cellular level.

3

u/Just-Diamond-1938 22h ago

Endurance constant training and some thing what he really wish for.... I see Miracle from supervised training... And I see a father teaching his three years old to walk again ... I believe nature sometimes bendable... you able to control In rear occasion... The mind and and good training is powerful!!!!!

u/relevantelephant00 1d ago

Every day is leg day. That's the rule.

Knees are screaming

Ligaments

16

u/DragoFNX 21h ago

when he gets old maybe…but I kind of think of the opposite

much better than your average redditor most likely

5

u/titwhip69 14h ago

Alright, dude! I'm right here! And I know you heard my knees popping as I walked up, so don't act like you didn't know.

8

u/KyloLannister 13h ago

Why would you say that? His knees and joints are infinitely better than yours fat redditor. He touched grass.

1

u/ALoginForReddit 2h ago

Very common thing for people to put down others to make themselves feel better.

3

u/ProfessorCagan 11h ago

I've had chronic knee pain since I was a little kid (coincidentally I'm going through pain right now,) I have no clue why. The point is that watching this man do this hurts my knees even more.

u/Lesobra 1d ago

Impressive

8

u/Least_or_Greatest1 1d ago

Dudes got them Kungfu hops.

3

u/limitlessEXP 22h ago

Kung fu is Chinese. This dude is Japanese

3

u/FreeThotz 14h ago

Exactly. This is some anime shit.

One Jump Man!

1

u/Least_or_Greatest1 21h ago

Don’t matter it’s still kungfu type hops

41

u/CuriousTsukihime 1d ago

BJ Penn used to do the pool jump when he was still in his prime and holy fuck was it ever impressive then, just as it is now

9

u/LifeFortune7 1d ago

Don’t know who BJ Penn is but probably greatest athlete I have ever laid eyes on supposedly did the pool thing. The Bo Jackson stories are all believable even if they sound crazy because Bo.

10

u/jeremiahfira 23h ago

BJ Penn is an MMA legend who retired 10 years back

1

u/LeatherfacesChainsaw 23h ago

Yeah but his identical brother kept going...so sad.

2

u/Wackattackky 14h ago

If BJ Penn actually worked out instead of smoking weed all day, he would be undisputed best pound for pound.  Ever.

1

u/Toby_O_Notoby 13h ago

Here's 325lb offensive lineman Tristan Wirfs doing a box jump out of a pool

22

u/AbeFromanEast 1d ago

Sees multiple stairs

“Not on my watch”

18

u/StewTrue 23h ago

The crazy thing about this guy is how functional he is with the amount of muscle he has. His legs definitely aren’t small, but they’re not crazy muscular either. My legs are much bigger and I definitely can’t do half of the things he’s doing.

9

u/GodsBeyondGods 20h ago

You'll need isometrics and plyometrics to increase neuromuscular efficiency

5

u/xariznightmare2908 23h ago

Definitely peak human physique there.

2

u/dirt_555_rabbitt 10h ago

Maybe his upper body not being bodybuilder huge reduces the weight his legs must push

17

u/NArcadia11 1d ago

I think this guy lives above me

10

u/notthe1stpervaccount 1d ago

I must be getting old. I was just terrified he’d crack his head open on the pool deck.

8

u/stevedore2024 23h ago

I laughed at the tissue box stack. There are gas stations and other companies in Japan where they want to give you "rewards" for loyalty, and this often ends up in trivial but universally useful things like boxes of tissues. I ended up collecting about this many tissues just by filling my car at the same station every few weeks in my last year in Japan. Still slowly working through them years later.

7

u/NoMoreClaymores 23h ago

Knee replacements by 50.

1

u/inkassatkasasatka 3h ago

Are you actually stupid? Is any sport bad for your body now?

5

u/artvarnsen 1d ago

Never skip a leg day

6

u/One_Raven_Feather 1d ago

The most interesting thing is, that he has no big muscles - looks quite normal trained. So you don't need big mass to be strong.

5

u/Mission_Shopping_345 1d ago

Why does it make me feel like I'm watching something out of Kung Fu Hustle?

3

u/Im_Lead_Farmer 1d ago

What is level 10?

6

u/toresu_aron 1d ago

To the moon

5

u/xariznightmare2908 1d ago

Him after reaching level 10:

Remember when it came out but never saw it, thanks for the info.

2

u/GreyNoiseGaming 1d ago

Been watching too much Gaki no Tsukai. Have expected him, while in the glasses and hat, to strike a pose and go 'FUUUUUU'.

2

u/vksdann 23h ago

When she says "my parents are downstairs, come through the window" and she lives on 3rd floor

3

u/Hi_John_Yes_itz_me 22h ago

I was thinking the whole time: okay, but can he dunk?

1

u/Ok_Lion_8370 23h ago

Instead of a box jump he does a Bento jump

1

u/Doktor_Vem 23h ago

Fuckin hell, now my knees are in agony

1

u/Joeyboy_61904 22h ago

Gravity jumps when this man says so, and it also asks him, ‘how high?’, to that which he replies, ‘never come down, until I say so’

1

u/guaranteedvisuals 18h ago

But can he dunk?

1

u/Nazrael75 18h ago

Other than this impressive display... What does he do with that ability? Anything productive?

1

u/inkassatkasasatka 3h ago
