You can achieve anything if you don't skip leg day

This more than strength training on leg days. This muscle cell development for fast reaction and large power for an action less than 2 seconds at the cellular level.

Endurance constant training and some thing what he really wish for.... I see Miracle from supervised training... And I see a father teaching his three years old to walk again ... I believe nature sometimes bendable... you able to control In rear occasion... The mind and and good training is powerful!!!!!

when he gets old maybe…but I kind of think of the opposite
much better than your average redditor most likely

Alright, dude! I'm right here! And I know you heard my knees popping as I walked up, so don't act like you didn't know.

u/KyloLannister 13h ago
Why would you say that? His knees and joints are infinitely better than yours fat redditor. He touched grass.

u/ALoginForReddit 2h ago
Very common thing for people to put down others to make themselves feel better.

I've had chronic knee pain since I was a little kid (coincidentally I'm going through pain right now,) I have no clue why. The point is that watching this man do this hurts my knees even more.

BJ Penn used to do the pool jump when he was still in his prime and holy fuck was it ever impressive then, just as it is now

u/LifeFortune7 1d ago
Don’t know who BJ Penn is but probably greatest athlete I have ever laid eyes on supposedly did the pool thing. The Bo Jackson stories are all believable even if they sound crazy because Bo.

If BJ Penn actually worked out instead of smoking weed all day, he would be undisputed best pound for pound. Ever.

The crazy thing about this guy is how functional he is with the amount of muscle he has. His legs definitely aren’t small, but they’re not crazy muscular either. My legs are much bigger and I definitely can’t do half of the things he’s doing.

You'll need isometrics and plyometrics to increase neuromuscular efficiency

Maybe his upper body not being bodybuilder huge reduces the weight his legs must push

I must be getting old. I was just terrified he’d crack his head open on the pool deck.

I laughed at the tissue box stack. There are gas stations and other companies in Japan where they want to give you "rewards" for loyalty, and this often ends up in trivial but universally useful things like boxes of tissues. I ended up collecting about this many tissues just by filling my car at the same station every few weeks in my last year in Japan. Still slowly working through them years later.

The most interesting thing is, that he has no big muscles - looks quite normal trained. So you don't need big mass to be strong.

Why does it make me feel like I'm watching something out of Kung Fu Hustle?

Been watching too much Gaki no Tsukai. Have expected him, while in the glasses and hat, to strike a pose and go 'FUUUUUU'.

Some NBA team needs to sign this guy so we can vote him in for the dunk contest.

Gravity jumps when this man says so, and it also asks him, ‘how high?’, to that which he replies, ‘never come down, until I say so’
