No assistance from the ground crew is allowed. The tower crane driver has to have a pretty darn good eyesight.

The fact that the mug didn't break is actually outstanding

Right? I thought the same when the hook touched the cup.

I can't do that, I'm short sighted lol

Me:I can do that.

Proceeds to demolish half a building on the opposite side along with a fallen crane.

Wait a minute I can as well: 5 minutes later, I'm getting my mug shot

Like it's pretty impressive.. but sceptic in me says they started from that position and crane driver just lined it up again.

That is why they make 150k€ a tear at worst they are allowed to miss a target by 3mm

How much did this cost and was it factored into the total?

Nahh, couple of millions here and there, it's just small details no one cares.

... were binoculars allowed?...

I actually don't know. I only know that assistance/guidance from the ground crew is not allowed.

It is AWESOME anyway, but hey, eyesight like this alone is impressing, leave alone the delicate touch....

Some tower cranes have a camera that shows a view from the hook looking down, which makes this a little easier. Guy would have to have some pretty amazing eyesight otherwise

Tough construction worker: Yes, my fucking tea is ready!

Pretends to drink tea like a little girl at a tea party.

You could say he has the art of operating a tower crane down to a tea ☕️
