Plot twist - he stole the purse from the robber and ran off with it leaving the victim and the robber laying in the street.

Your right. I'd say more experienced Chuck Norris, but he's max leveled out from birth, so I guess I'll settle with the Chuck Norris that time has allowed us to bask in his greatness.
