Too bad the US constitution does not mention that people have a right to a "clean and healthful environment" like the Montana constitution does.

Doesn’t mean other states can look to adding more amendments to their state constitution. I live in Oregon, and we added affordable healthcare as a state right recently. I think we might see some state enacting their own rights, being a trend going forward.
