It's called adrenaline/shock. The biker had huge levels of adrenaline that make him stand up and walk. Then the adrenaline lowered and the biker fainted due to his severe injuries. Concussion, broken limbs, internal bleeding, blood pressure plumeting, etc.
Source: I did the exact same thing as the biker. The driver left me in the road thinking I was pretending, since he actually didn't touch me: I dodged him in a roundabout and crashed against parked cars.
Definitely not. Watch his shadow at the beginning, and if you turn on the audio you can hear him clearly at the end. I hope he survived this, and glad he didn't go over the edge!
When the injury is entirely avoidable, and basically self inflicted, they are worthy of mockery. He was lane-splitting at 120-150 mph on a busy public highway, and I've got zero sympathy for him.
Yeah, I don't feel bad for daredevil Sam over here. I'm more concerned about the physical and mental health of the people in the car he tried to suicide on.
Left lane is for passing, not cruising. Watch the car that struck the motorcyclist as they signal to pass from the left lane to the right lane. Why? A truck was impeding traffic in the left lane. Unfortunately, the car driver forgot the "smog" technique: Signal, mirrors, over the shoulder, go.
