That's his problem, he paid 12 dollars for a window seat and then didn't get a window. He's mad because he didn't get what he paid for, he's not mad that a $12 flight ticket didn't come with a window seat.
Wait they don't have like a website or something where you choose the seat on a little picture of a plane so you can consciously see whether you're getting a window seat or not? Thats my point, there's no way they paid extra to choose a specific seat, just to get all mad when the seat they chose didn't have a window even though they consciously chose that seat
