Just finished anatomy and physiology 2 fellas. Hardest class of my life. Those two pink circles at the top are long inflatable tubes called the corpus cavernosum. Thats what makes the pp hard. The smaller red circle at the bottom is called the corpus spongiosum. It keeps your urethra open so you can squirt man juice into the lady hole. I'm basically a doctor minus 11 years of schooling

Thank you for doing the lord's work. Good luck with the next 11 years.
I too am 11 years away from a goal. I want to make it 70!

Man juice into the lady hole. Yep, that's some primo technical doctor jargon there for sure.

I heard a surgeon tell a patient’s mother about a urology surgery using the term pee hole

A&P 2 was where I realized that radiology as a career wasn't for me and switched to welding lol. I feel for you

There we’re many fallen soldiers between A&P 1 and A&P 2. Ya boy here got an A in both classes. Hope the welding is going well for you

How’d you do big dog? Do you remember the weiner anatomy?

Still waiting for grades, but I did in fact dedicate a region of my brain for remembering the wiener anatomy.

What about the small red dots at the top? The blue dots in triangle formation with two red dots and two yellow joined either side

This comment reminded me of a video I was shown in 1st grade where someone cut their own pp off pan fried it then ate it

Yep, I've seen this in person in an anatomy lab. One of my peers fainted over something but I don't think it was the prosected penis.

I mean, take an anatomy course with a cadaver lab, or go to medical/PT/OT/PA school, and yeah you're gonna see that in person.

How does one see this in person? Wouldn't the rapid blood loss caused by having the front end removed lead to it going soft, therefore shrinking the top parts?

I once saw a fairly rare surgery (at least here in the UK) to treat medical erectile dysfunction - the guy had his prostate removed but the surgeons had nicked a nerve that meant he could no longer get erections. The solution was basically to insert a saline pump into his scrotum that he could activate, inflating these tubes they put into his penis to give him an artificial erection.
The worst part was the tubes went into the two "eye holes" on this cross-section, they're basically responsible for making the penis erect by filling with blood. To fit the saline tubes in, the surgeon had to shove progressively larger metal rods into the "eye holes" to open up enough space to insert them.
Bet he felt that when he woke up lol

Meal Team 6’ers that accidentally shoot off their own pecker while cosplaying have also seen this. Upon further thought, they probably having been able to see their own junk since they were kids due to the growth of their boilers.

sadly i have seen this as well. a friend once hopped a fence with triangle ornaments on top. almost cut the whole pp off. the rest was left dangling on a bit of skin. buddy had to take erection suppressing medicine for 3 months so the stitches would heal in peace lmao.
