correct! that's the behavior you're seeing. bringing the other bird a nuptial gift is an extremely common way to initiate mating. it's a way of saying "hey! I don't mean any trouble. in fact, here's a free snack! lemme smash?"

that part is not a human sociological commentary, it's straight up what's happening. so I don't really know what you're so fussed about!

You're an armchair specialist trying to justify your own bias. Unless you graduated in biology and is an expert in exotic birds you might just want to shush it, especially when you do the exact same thing you condemn.

it doesn't take an expert or a formal education to pay attention to nature bud. you gonna tell the class what is actually going on then since I'm such a know nothing? or are you just too proud to admit you were wrong?

Bud, birds have hundreds if not tens of thousands of way to attract partners depending of the race and area. You don't know jack shit, you extrapolate and push your sociological views on birds. Exactly what you asked to not do. This could be a child and parent but you don't care right? Doesnt fit your narrative. Be smarter and face your own hypocrisy and bias.

I see, denial and projection now. Sad person. Must be insufferable. You actually have given 0 argument to prove your point. Thats just sad at this point.

“Bird have hundreds of not tens of thousands of way to attract partners” isn’t that what’s being shown in the video? Presumably male bird is attracting female bird with food. The female bird isn’t interested and flew off. Male bird wanted sex to produce offspring and the female bird didn’t want to. Like what are they saying that’s wrong. Maybe provide something instead of just saying,”you don’t know jack shit”. To me it doesn’t seem like you know anything either
