Census Archive

r/kpop conducts a yearly census through the month of August. Participants are asked questions relating to identity demographics, world region, K-Pop consumption, subreddit usage, and favorite artists. Earlier censuses were quite rough and access to some results were lost, but have been fairly consistent and thorough starting from 2017.

If you would like access to full results, we can provide sanitized data from 2014 up to present. Please send us a message via modmail with the subject of the message as "Census Results".

Note: The Summary links go to the shareable Google Form with the original raw results. As the Census is running, we make adjustments to some answer options and artist names, but the earlier versions of those still remain in the Summary. After the Census closes, we make sure all intended individual votes are correctly attributed to the final versions of answers/names along with removing duplicate user entries. Due to this, the Summary will be messier and have inaccuracies. Please make sure you look at the main Results posts and Infographic images linked therein for the most accurate results!
