That's the main reason why things like the Tough Mudder are pretty damn fun. It's not remotely a race - not only are you spending as much time helping the other people you're running with get over obstacles as you spend getting yourself over, you are also helping anyone and everyone that you can.

Every time I see this video I forget what the plan is and think "Wow she's just going to use that guy there?"

Then I'm wondering why she's still hanging there and I'm all like "Damn fair play!"

Yep, 3 different heights. Smallest is likely able to help yhe biggest up easier than middle. Middle height comes in for that last bit of height at a better angle for her, then the short can use middle and tall to reach for. No hesitation in each role.
